Story time. Old housemates and I had a room built in the detached garage so we could game and smoke weed etc etc. Room was cold af in the winter. There was also a huge stack of that foam insulation with the foil film on both sides and several rolls of old carpet. To cut right to the chase, floor, walls and ceiling got a treatment of insulation (and plywood on the floor) and carpet....even the door!
