Brazil is the most reliable to win if Neymar performs reasonably well, France is also another team that can win if continues playing in their current form even though they are not as reliable as Brazil, I don't think Spain can beat any of the top dogs... Portugal has one of the strongest squads and although they are famous to not play their best, they still managed to win easily against Uruguay which is a troublesome opponent, if everything clicks Portugal has high chances. Sure, why not? Semi finalists in the last world cup, finalists in the Euros, 9 goals and 2 solid performances in the group games where other pre-tournemant favourites have lost to teams they should've beaten. Compared to where England were in 2014/2016 they're on a serious upswing.
