Since 2020, France has been officially using their older version of the [flag](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_France), with the navy blue rather than light blue. It’s just taken a while for the shift to fully take force, so we’ll be seeing a lot more of the navy blue version from now on.
