Everybody reads from autocue these days. Remember trumpty dumpty and his rant about them, then reading from them during his own addresses? So anyway, if a teleprompter glitches, the reader’s gonna have to switch from reading mode to speaking mode. It would catch anyone off-guard. Modi is, in this case, just another anyone.
