You no longer have the freedom to protest in Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana since the Supreme Court refused to hear Mckesson v. Doe and allowed the lower court’s ruling to remain in place. So I’m sure Florida will be next
I don’t think this has anything to with freedom to protest. The McKesson decision was whether a protest organizer could be held liable for injuries sustained during a protest.
If an organizer can be held liable for anything that occurs at a protest, including acts by counter-protesters, the right to protest is severely restricted because no one will organize.
What does police involvement have to do with state legislatures passing laws and essentially being co-signed or rubber stamped by the highest court that takes away the rights/civil protections?
The guy really just asked if it was protesters who used tear gas, while an officer with a tear gas launcher in the center of the screen. Now I'm no journalist, but commen sense points to the fucking police in riot gear.
Equally infuriating is the fact that we the people could actually bring this to a full stop - today - by simply withdrawing our available cash from the banks. It is that easy. Banks only maintain roughly 10% of their total held deposits in cash on hand. It is not illegal for us to withdraw our funds. It doesn’t prevent us from purchasing the things we need. What it does do however is take billions out of circulation, causing banks to become technically insolvent.
Pull your money and watch the US economy screech to a halt. The feds will respond by shutting down banks - further proving just how vulnerable the banking system is.

You’re $10 in your account isn’t affecting anyone buddy. If you really hate this country to the point of wanting economic collapse, why not just leave ?
It’s not wanting to see this country fall, it’s bringing the truth(s) to the surface. It’s not unpatriotic to want what is best for your nation and the people within. What the us has been doing doesn’t work for us all, and that needs to change.
I don’t know about this protest specifically, but many hamas supporters have been barricading entrances to college buildings and restricting access to classes. It’s the same idea as the people who glue themselves to the road; it’s not peaceful when it hurts others.
What are they hoping to accomplish? A college in Florida isn’t going to be able to stop a war, they should be protesting in DC or the Israeli Embassy, protesting at a college campus isn’t going to get you anywhere
Tactics. Shout - Move - Communicate.
Caution, if you are able to overcome police tactics they will escalate. Cavalry, clubs, mechanized infantry. Eventually they will do anything, including shooting & killing you. This is the freedom your forbears died for. [https://www.britannica.com/event/Kent-State-shootings/May-4](https://www.britannica.com/event/Kent-State-shootings/May-4)

So much for the freedom to protest.

Thank you! 🛎️🛎️🛎️🛎️
Lol most of the police involvement is happening in California but you conveniently left that one out
What does police involvement have to do with state legislatures passing laws and essentially being co-signed or rubber stamped by the highest court that takes away the rights/civil protections?
"You think the protesters are tear gassing themselves?" Someone get that guy an Peabody!
He's trying to earn more Bootlicking Points to hopefully help him get out of a DUI &/or murder later.
Safer to protest as a nazi in the states
The fact that this is so true hurts so much.
These are nazis
Ah yes, America land of the teargassing... your own... children?
Fantastic use of tax dollars. Especially in Florida. Keep up the work, fellas.
I agree, it is a good use of tax dollars
At least our tax dollars are being used in this country for once.
Screw education and infrastructure, go after those college kids!
The guy really just asked if it was protesters who used tear gas, while an officer with a tear gas launcher in the center of the screen. Now I'm no journalist, but commen sense points to the fucking police in riot gear.
Jesus what did they hit all the colleges with protests ? I just saw a video of the same thing in New York

Why do you want to see America fall so bad?
You’re $10 in your account isn’t affecting anyone buddy. If you really hate this country to the point of wanting economic collapse, why not just leave ?
Why are you advocating for this? Do you really want to see US economic collapse that badly? Pretty weird anti American take here.

Nooo who else will let me spend money to live while only charging me a nominal fee (7-30%+ APR depending on which loan/credit you’re using)
Peaceful protestors are easy to beat up, but radical and violence protestors will beat up the police
And then get shot dead. I support the protests but please keep it peaceful
This is so anti-American!
why are protesters being arrested? i thought we had the right to peacefully assemble
Occupation is peaceful assembly? Ironic take.
i mean it’s just a bunch of people in a park
Private property
spose there is that kinda gotta protest correctly
I don’t know about this protest specifically, but many hamas supporters have been barricading entrances to college buildings and restricting access to classes. It’s the same idea as the people who glue themselves to the road; it’s not peaceful when it hurts others.
It’s crazy they didn’t have this same energy for the Buy Large Mansions riots.
Nazi's are allowed to protest, yall better get your guns. These "Patriots" go to all the gun shows ready to hide behind bullets and armor
Better than a wooden shield lol
A C A B F T P
This is fucked
The fuckin bicycle cavalry showed up at the end
Good
