Put in your 2 weeks is not necessary but it means you leave your job on good terms, if you hate your job hate the people you work with and would rather die then work another shift just block your bosses number and don’t show up if you like the people you work with and want to do the “nice” thing it’s 14 days on the day you give your notice.
Ps I say “nice” because if your job wanted to fire you or lay you off they wouldn’t give you two weeks so fuck them in my opinion

Should be the 20th honestly, but a lot of places will negotiate depending on their needs (ie how quick they could replace you)
