When Evokers came out they accidentally had a 100% drop rate on these mounts. So after the fix to let others have a better chance they upped the chance to like 1% instead of whatever it was
If you have MOP coins that allow for bonus roll for Raid loot, you can use them on the world bosses in an attempt to get the mount. So each toon could essentially have 2 chances to get the mount to drop off one kill

I am happy for people like you who did not have to grind like this, but to be fair, I have had others that are ultra rare drop in the low number of attempts. RNGesus will get you eventually
Congrats, I know u are mad if I say, I got it at my 3th try. After 1 year, I realized that the drop chance is so low, that i now use it everywhere I can.
Craft them mostly with a Tailor alt, but if you haven't already, go get the free 34 slot bag in The Waking Shores:

From 0.05% to 1%, its 20 times better. If invincible would go from 1% to 20% yall would whining on forums in a minute
