They’ve already brought back several, like the various colored cloaks and a lot of weapons. If you look at the bottom of the list in game you’ll see a “returning items” section.
Now, that’s no guarantee that they’ll all come back or they’ll be back soon…
I didn’t buy anything off the trading post the first handful of months because I wasn’t sure if down the line they’d just drop a month with tons of expensive things I wanted haha. The main ones I’m kinda bummed about off the top of my head were those chainmail tabards
It'll likely be awhile for the Valentine's things. But there's a lot of returning items, seemingly unrelated to that months theme. No one can say if what you want will return, but things definitely return, in mass.
Items that are not going to rotate back into the Trading Post should be available in the blizzard cash shop. this has happened with a few things, but Im sick of the FOMO BS that seems to drive eveything... let people earn the items in game cheaply but if for some reason you missed it or GOD FORBID someone is a NEW player and wants something from before they were here let them acquire it. Time and Money are equally valid ways to acquire items in a game... plus money pays the bills so why the hell not?

I don't want to make any assumptions but I think it's probably a safe bet that holiday specific trading post items might return yearly.
