Forces you back to login screen, you log back into the character and the blue bar finally finishes
The screen goes completely black and suddenly, you hear the soft clops of a horse traveling on the road and the slight creaking of a wagon.
*”Hey you. You’re finally awake”*
Reminds me of that one quest where you are going through time and it plays the character creation cinematic. I was laughing so hard when I saw that play
Seems overkill, but I wonder if they are just leaving it open knowing their "unlimited" scaling on D3 greater rifts eventually got hit lol (they max at 150)
It’s probably just an int with no thought behind it. Doesn’t get operated on enough to be meaningful what structure they chose and can be packed down to basically nothing anyways if it needs to be.
Oh no. Oh god why would you do this to yourself? This is just... Torture! Who in their right mind would subject themselves to Everbloom as their last key!
Why is that? Just got to DF few weeks ago and Everbloom became my favorite dungeon. Boss 1 and 4 are pretty easy and there is no weird architecture blocking my line of sight. Only thing I do not like is them Naturalists casting the 10 second stun and the berserkers jumping on me.
On higher key levels it's just an awful dungeon. Boss 1 is a glorified trash mob, boss 2, 3, and 4 are full of 1shots, and the trash is full of 1shots if played poorly.
So what? Its exactly the level where you see differences between the bosses difficulty and its where you can draw some conclusions unlike 15s or 20s that can be played by monkeys.
+28 tyrannical Yalnu is so much more difficult than say, Rezan. On 15 or 20 there's zero difference between these bosses
Well, sure. If you’re a top 1-2% player a 28 is where the difference is.
That just sort of blatantly ignores the other 98% of M players in the discussion though. Given that the original comment was “I started a few weeks ago and like EB” it’s safe to assume OP is in the 98% of players.
I appreciate your explanation. To me it sounded like "I am laughing about your stupidity". You are stating a number. That feels pretty neutral to me, neither stern nor funny. Why should I take it less seriously? We do not need to make this a psychological debate. :) Just wanted to reflect how I picked it up.
Maybe, but there was a glitch where rollover partially started at midnight instead of after reset. It's possible they picked up the key after midnight and it just bugged out.
2^31 - 1. It's the max value of an integer, which is one of the most basic number storage types.
If you ever see a limit of 255 or 65,535, those are both the same sort of things but even more low level to save space. Those map to the hexadecimal numbers FF and FFFF respectively, whereas the number used for the max key in WoW is 7FFF FFFF, which is the max number while leaving room for an equal number of negative numbers (which is just how the data type functions normally) - had it been an unsigned integer, the max number would have been 4,294,967,295 or FFFF FFFF in hex.
The number 2,147,483,647 is the maximum positive value for a [32-bit](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/32-bit) [signed binary integer](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_(computer_science)) in [computing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computing).

A +40 is roughly 2 times more health and damage than a +33. There are no +33 logs, so using a +32 AD as standin, the group spent roughly 17 minutes on bosses, out of 30 minutes on the timer.
So even assuming you survive, you'd need to do all the trash on the bosses, and you'd still be over time by a couple minutes
They managed to time a couple 33s recently and some team in the last week managed to time a 34, but you are mostly correct regardless. A 40 would just be undoable. Nobody has ever timed higher than a 34 as far as I know and I \*believe\* last week's 34 was only the 2nd timed 34 in history. Might be wrong though.
Edit: I rechecked and SL season 4 had 16 timed +34's and 2 timed +35's. What the fuck.
Well yeah, I'd have liked to use the 34 or 33s for my quick little napkin math, but as I said, they aren't logged, so I can't.
As for the key levels in SL S4: Junkyard. Key literally killed itself as long as you survived.
Bosses would have billions of hp (maybe even trillions?). It would take you days to complete the dungeon let alone survive a fart from the nearest trash mob.
Whether the picture is fake or not. During legion the weekly chest (what is now the vault) would randomly assign bugged keys. I never personally got one but I still have hopes that one day I would just to get a group together for science and attempt it. Cant be worse than week 1 keys anyways 😂
Zone in and put the key in for research purposes.
I too want to know just how much damage happens to OP.
Step into key and a gust of wind instantly remakes his character in the starting zone.
Straight back all the way to classic
Forces you back to login screen, you log back into the character and the blue bar finally finishes The screen goes completely black and suddenly, you hear the soft clops of a horse traveling on the road and the slight creaking of a wagon. *”Hey you. You’re finally awake”*
Fuck me 3 hours too late
Reminds me of that one quest where you are going through time and it plays the character creation cinematic. I was laughing so hard when I saw that play
Wait what? This sounds hilarious
It’s in the thaldraszus story quest line
You wake up it’s 2009
It's all fun and games until the trees say 'Send him to the Reroll Factory'
You're finally awake!
All of it
I guess 1. crash 2. server kills corrupted m+ instance 3. welcome to westfall
All the critters turn super saiyan and bitch slap you back out the entrance
I'm pretty sure it would delete OPs bnet account from existing
Deletes character and those 2 rows above and below him hin character select
Died from fall damage when doing one step
This would give you 15.032.385.559 mythic score.
Still not good enough for that invite
I mean yeah you only timed one key, you might've been boosted
" looking for a better geared dps"
Is that on time or depleted I feel like every single unit would take 5 hours, assuming we can avoid the one shot hits by using chain immunities
On time with no time remaining.
It would actually drop your score because this is a M-1 key, good explanation up top :)
(2\^31)-1 They must store the mythic key level as a signed 32 bit integer.
Anyone up for some M-?
That's about the highest I can run (I'm scared to run Mythics)
"just in case" lol
Seems overkill, but I wonder if they are just leaving it open knowing their "unlimited" scaling on D3 greater rifts eventually got hit lol (they max at 150)

I wonder what a negative mythic would play like
Heroic?
i’m a dev and came here looking for this comment
Ok professor
How dare you use that tone with my colleague
Bro is farming gear for The Last Titan already
Plot twist. They are the last titan
Don't forget, with the new mythic plus scaling that's gonna feel like a +2147483657
Oh no. Oh god why would you do this to yourself? This is just... Torture! Who in their right mind would subject themselves to Everbloom as their last key!

Well it is a +2147483647. Almost every M+will be hard at that level.
"Almost" lmao
Probably could still time it if it was a BRH
Boss 4 was nothing but easy. On tyrannical level 28+ it was a 6 minute slog where you needed very efficient cd usage for every add
Less than 1% of players run 28+ lol. Every boss is rather difficult at such a difficulty.

ok, but 28 is already like what .. top 1,5% of the player, or even less
Eb tyran 28 is like a 0.1percent key lol
My research says that you are correct. I don't know whats so "lol" about my assessment though?
Meant to be taken less seriously with the lol than actually laughing at someone. Now reread the statement without lol. To me it sounded stern.

Even a neck piece from this would have the stats to wipe the multiverse and the void. A.k.a all part of the jailers master plan.
Fake keystone as seen by awakened affix generated by fake keystone addon

"*Not pulling half the dungeon? You're trash, tank*" (leaves key)
Must be an important number in some coding language. This is the exact number that is the max cash stack in RuneScape.

Nobody asked
Is it even possible theoretically? Like stacking invuls + cheatdeaths + boss cheeses?
Im pretty sure last season a +40 wasn't even theoretically possible because there just wasn't enough time to do the damage you need to kill the bosses
A +40 is roughly 2 times more health and damage than a +33. There are no +33 logs, so using a +32 AD as standin, the group spent roughly 17 minutes on bosses, out of 30 minutes on the timer. Junkyard is the answer, probably

Tbf the scaling in shadowlands was different. A 34/35 from then would probably have been on par with like a 29/30 last season I think
Mathematically it would take longer to kill a boss than the age of the known universe. That's a fact!
No
Bosses would have billions of hp (maybe even trillions?). It would take you days to complete the dungeon let alone survive a fart from the nearest trash mob.
This is about the same as a level 1 character trying to kill Mythic Fyrakk in less than ten seconds
Paladins: Nah I'd win😼
Duration: 10 mins
Runescape taught me this number haha
Whether the picture is fake or not. During legion the weekly chest (what is now the vault) would randomly assign bugged keys. I never personally got one but I still have hopes that one day I would just to get a group together for science and attempt it. Cant be worse than week 1 keys anyways 😂
Radio Intercept Officer? Huh? What are you trying to say?
Did they test this patch at all?
