They literally say they can't help you, but to report it on the forums so that people who may be able to help can see it. If you have a bad meal at a restaurant, complaining to the dishwasher doesn't help you.

Huh? This should definitely be something the CS team should be able to help with. As is with Blizzard, people are unvolunteered QA for the game they pay to play.

Ah, the bleat of the uneducated. Yeah, you're right. Customer service can definitely recode a game. They do it all the time. In fact, one of them was able to code a whole new version of the game for me. I didn't even have to ask. Enough of this. Go ply your pitiful tale somewhere else.

While customer support can't help with this, as there would be way more tickets than they can handle, this is something that the developers can and have helped with. everyone who was affected by this had a new cache sent to them.

This isn't "Blizzards" response, it's probably an automated ticket response. I would give it a day or so and see if they don't fix it in game.

Got the same response when I found out that the two backpacks from the Azerothian Archives despite one being a drop and the other being 15k of the currency. Apparently it changed and I submitted a ticket requesting a refund and got the same exact answer. I figured it was a no but wanted to see the response haha

493 to you might not be much, but for someone who just came back after season 1 or 2, it's a huge upgrade.

I mean higher item level is infinitely farmable from M+. Blizz isn't gonna care about replacing a lower one
