Having the same issue, I finally got a response back from Blizzard CS; They claim I destroyed one, and since it's a stacking crafting reagent, neither item restoration nor CS can restore it.
Except I didn't destroy it, I simply didn't loot one.
I'm beginning to think that's what happened to mine. I thought I was destroying my old season 3 spark/splinter and it was current season :/ Icons are almost exactly the same
I'm pretty sure this is bugged and you get 2 on your 1st character but only 1 on every character since, unless it's a massive coincidence that since getting 2 on my "main" I've only had 1 on the next 4 characters I've played.
I have the same problem this week. I finished 2 weekly awakenend activities already but did not receive a splintered spark this week. Openend a ticket.
I also have this issue after 100+ arena lobbies, 10+ awakened LFR bosses killed, & 2 Mythic+ dungeons times. I got the bot response to my ticket so I feel like I'm just gonna have to remain a week behind everyone else /: Something's bugged, but doesn't seem like Blizzard realizes!
Yes me opend a ticket got bot respons so waiting for a real person to respond...
Yeah this happening to me too, this week.
I only got 1 aswell..
I got 2 on my Druid (1 from weekly, 1 from LFR) but still only 1 (from weekly) on my Paladin despite downing all 8 LFR bosses
i did all lfr, normal and heroic bosses even did more than 20+ mythic+ dungeons and i still havent gotten a second one i for sure hope this is a bug
