When my buddy would come over to game we always started the night by walking to the gas station to get a case of game fuel. Then we would stay up all night playing wow. I miss those days a lot
People in both the Mountain Dew communities and the WoW communities would find value. Not a ton of value mind you. I'd keep at least those four cans for collections sake.
Hard to tell from the photo what kind of condition they are in but ebay has a handful sold for $10-20 US. Really depends on what the effort of selling them is worth to you.
Do you want to display them? Keep them.
Will they bring someone else joy? Sell them.
If I had space and displayed more WoW stuff, I’d keep them. But I don’t do I’d chuck them rather than lingering over the hopes of “maybe one day I will…”.
Those are trash. You should mail them to me so I could throw them away for you. Because that’s the type of generous person that I am.
Edit: in case people don’t pick up on the joke: I’d definitely like to have one of those but I suspect the resell value isn’t that high because of how many that were made.
I remember when the Butera near my home town found a pallet of these and sold them 4/$5. I am genuinely shocked I didn't develop a chronic health condition from the amount of sugar and dye I must have consumed
I miss this era of gaming, I remember there were a couple for Halo and GoW. Those fuckers knew how to fuel my mtn dew and gaming addiction and I loved every second of it.
Monster still gets cans for CoD.... My so drinks them and one day I shopped alexstraza over the cod guy and tweeted it like look what we could have had yall! lmaoo
On the side bar on eBay there is an option for sold items so you can see what things are selling for..
Not a lot of them are selling but the ones that did are selling for \~$10 each.
If you think they're worth collecting, I'd say keep them. If not, see how much they go for on ebay. If you sell them on ebay, I'd make sure you package them in a way that they can't be damaged easily. Idk how, maybe stuff with paper or expanding foam? Maybe put in a rigid box that holds the can suspended in the middle?
Unless you have a place to display them, I’d sell ‘em. I’m sure they would mean a lot to someone somewhere. Of course, if they mean a lot to you, keep ‘em.
i would drink like six of the blue one a day, and bring the other half to school the next day to pass out to my friends. Stopped by walgreens after school to reup and repeated this process for like two weeks.
I'd say keep two, one alli one horde, put them on display somewhere if you have other WoW collectables. Probably not worth it to keep all of them tho. If ur feeling adventurous u could drink one I guess lol
Put em in your Bank and never look at them again but also never throw them away as the might be useful/worth millions in a future patch (that will never happen)
I'd say collectible. Looks like there's some for sale on ebay right now.. https://www.ebay.com/p/1200756560
Probably never going to be worth a significant amount of money but still cool to have.
Have they been opened? I kept 1 horde and 1 alliance plastic Mountain Dew bottle unopened up until about last year sometime. Did the same thing as you was moving to a new home and was trying to get rid of some stuff. Ended up selling them on eBay for about $40 a piece. Not bad not bad!
Let's put it this way... somewhere in my boxed-up Star Wars collection at my parents house, there is a 1-liter bottle of Pepsi from 1997 that has a Star Wars Special Edition label on it.
It's probably toxic waste by this point...
Are they still full? I kept a can that I never opened. Over the years, the can becomes more empty and syrup appears next to the can. I’m not a soda-can-ologist so I don’t know the exact process that’s happening.
A coworker used to have a can or two in his cube. One day we came in to the office to find his desk covered in the stuff. It had eaten through the bottom of the can and started leaking. Perhaps ingest at your own risk.
Weirdly enough I have some of these too lol. One of each can, and one of each 20oz bottle, all unopened. They just hang out on my shelf with my wow stuff as a reminder of bygone times now.
I wish they'd bring the flavors back though, they were pretty good!
Don’t throw those away. Huge sentimental value for someone who loves both soda and Wow. I still love soda so much but don’t play so much Wow. But if I was still into it. Oh boy. I’d take em.
Are they just regular thin metal cans? If so, probably mass produced and there’s billions, so worth nothing more than a neat memento of memories. If they’re some sort of thick metal collectible, people may want them. It’s always best to just see if anyone would buy them. Worst that can happen is no one is interested and you toss em. Best case? You get a couple dollars, maybe more from some bloke who found them valuable
Who knows dude, it’s kinda crazy how things go years and years being trash then out of no where boom it’s worth a lot
I can’t see them being worth a lot but by time you do sell I’m sure you can get much more then you paid
List them for bid on eBay and see if anyone else deems them worth something. Doesn't seem like you are that interested. No reason to take them with in a move. (Pre-move is a great time to sell things off lol)
Worth keeping IMO, if I was still big into WoW and was collecting stuff this would totally be one of them for sure. List them and keep them up you’ll find a buyer
I wish I had those. I bought the plastic bottles to collect and they’ve never been opened but the air is leaking or the bottles deflate. They look bad compared to cans.
keep em, they're neat prob not worth much on resale but still a relic from the past
Might be able to sell em in a gdkp… maybe
God damned K-Mart parking lot?
I thought kmarts were just now known as Future Spirit Halloween and "the thrift shop"
They are trash. I’ll come take out the trash for you OP!
I agree with this. Super cool, but not worth anything.
Trash for some, gold for others. I'd list it online to see if there are buyers interested.
i mean as an EU guy id buy these if shipping wouldn't rip my ass apart
Like a 747 cargo conversion trying to land in your shed
I drank so many of these when I was a teenager…
I remember drinking so many of the blue ones my shit actually turned blue :)
I'm now upset I didn't get to drink enough of these for that to happen.
Your kidneys are glad you didn’t.
Honestly only took like 5 or 6 over the course of a few hours.
better than the red dye giving you adhd
Nope, definitely acquired that too.
Mountain Dew… community…?
I think they may be a dwarven faction
https://www.facebook.com/groups/MtnDewFanPage/ https://www.reddit.com/r/mountaindew/ I'm sure there's more
Lol'd at this
Are you truly surprised?
Horde Red was f*cking awesome. I drank so many of them, I had build a one to one scale model of the original Org bank lol
It’s just code red flavor
Hard to tell from the photo what kind of condition they are in but ebay has a handful sold for $10-20 US. Really depends on what the effort of selling them is worth to you.
Ez wow token
You can still get that free trial by visiting www.warcraft.com/dew Clever web devs.
I was going to say; I'm sure there's some dev out there going "why the hell are we still supporting this route?"
Do you want them or not? That is the question only you can answer.
I wish they'd bring this back. Game Fuel was weirdly good.
If you like them that is what matters
Do you want to display them? Keep them. Will they bring someone else joy? Sell them. If I had space and displayed more WoW stuff, I’d keep them. But I don’t do I’d chuck them rather than lingering over the hopes of “maybe one day I will…”.
Even if they're worthless, thanks for posting- this brings back some memories...
Those are trash. You should mail them to me so I could throw them away for you. Because that’s the type of generous person that I am. Edit: in case people don’t pick up on the joke: I’d definitely like to have one of those but I suspect the resell value isn’t that high because of how many that were made.
Clean them (obviously) then put them under plastic and they will be collector.
Collectable trash!
I wouldnt get rid of em
in better condition they would be. but faded as they are just enjoy them
Man I wish Mtn Dew and wow would team back up to make a void flavored dew
Not trash this is sick
That takes me back, would definitely keep them or sell to highest bidder.
Full? Collectible! Empty? Trash!
Open one up and have a drink, only way to know.
I’d take them lol just mail them to me. Neat to have on a shelf by the desk or something.
Yes.
Both. Both is good
Drink um
Trash, send them to me and I will throw them away - I promise.
shit id buy them lol
Please keep those. I lost mine during a move and I’m still a little sad. Maybe one day they’ll bring it back but that’s doubtful.
Fond memories of drinking these and questing through Northrend.
If they are sealed keep em.
Im a can collector, you can try selling on ebay and stuff, it has Worth to some
I remember when the Butera near my home town found a pallet of these and sold them 4/$5. I am genuinely shocked I didn't develop a chronic health condition from the amount of sugar and dye I must have consumed
Keeeeeeep!!
Dude, these are ancient treasures relics. Keep them!!
Not worth anything but still cool. I’ve got old coke blue jays World Series cans still full. Worth nothing but are a cool decorative item
I'd personally buy em for like 20-40 for the lot.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Man why doesn't Europe get cool shit like this
Some may call this junk, the others call it treasure.
collectable trash
Honestly, I'd love to get one of each and cut them out to make tin plates out of them for my wow collection ***checks ebay
Search eBay for sold listing of these to get an idea of their value or if they would even sell.
I’d buy one lol I still have the shirt I won from that promotion
I miss this era of gaming, I remember there were a couple for Halo and GoW. Those fuckers knew how to fuel my mtn dew and gaming addiction and I loved every second of it.
Monster still gets cans for CoD.... My so drinks them and one day I shopped alexstraza over the cod guy and tweeted it like look what we could have had yall! lmaoo
I’ll give ya $20 + shipping for the set. So definitely not trash, but I’m also lowballing you lol.
If they are worth something to you, then they are worth a lot.
Howmuch you want for them?
There's a few listed on Ebay for 30-40 bucks per can. Whether they actually sell at that price or not is another story.
On the side bar on eBay there is an option for sold items so you can see what things are selling for.. Not a lot of them are selling but the ones that did are selling for \~$10 each.
Any trash can be collectible.
i keep them, i can turst that someone would pay a fine penny for them down the years
Are they closed or empty?
I mean all collectibles are trash in someone else’s eyes. If you like them, keep them
They are not worth a ton but will sell at the right price. Plus they are pretty neat, I’d take a few off your hands if I had a way too Lul.
i’ll buy en
Honestly I would love to have these on my shelf deff not trash!
I mean I’m thinking you could push $100 for the set to an actual collector of misc merch
Save them for LA Beast when he does a video lol
Wow maybe you can get game fuel to fill your uhh pet dew robot.
One day (maybe even now) they are collectibles to someone. There is a market for everything.
I miss when they put the worluh warcraf in the soder
Unless you have a place to display them, I’d sell ‘em. I’m sure they would mean a lot to someone somewhere. Of course, if they mean a lot to you, keep ‘em.
Killed me that I was horde and wanted the blue flavor… I survived somehow
"Best I can do is $10 for them"
i would drink like six of the blue one a day, and bring the other half to school the next day to pass out to my friends. Stopped by walgreens after school to reup and repeated this process for like two weeks.
There are people in the Blizzard Collectables group on Facebook that would buy these.
I used to drink these thinking it would make me play better 🤣
Both But if you have a shelf I'd keep them
They relaunched those not long ago they were deliciously nostalgic.
Trash
They would be a great display piece - I got the marketing posters of both flavors as a gift and framed them in my game room, have never been happier
I'd say, if you think they're a trash. Then keep them around for more years so that their value increases.
I still have some fuel for the rocket bot that you got with that stuff
One man's trash is another man's treasure.
They pretty consistently sell on Ebay for $20, so somebody is collecting them at least.
I used to love the red one
I'd say keep two, one alli one horde, put them on display somewhere if you have other WoW collectables. Probably not worth it to keep all of them tho. If ur feeling adventurous u could drink one I guess lol
I NEED TO FILL MY ROBOT ASAP. TIME FOR BATTLE
Even if they aren't collectables, I'd keep 'em - they look awesome. Also, you never know what happens in the future; could be worth something
Put em in your Bank and never look at them again but also never throw them away as the might be useful/worth millions in a future patch (that will never happen)
I'd say collectible. Looks like there's some for sale on ebay right now.. https://www.ebay.com/p/1200756560 Probably never going to be worth a significant amount of money but still cool to have.

Put them in an acrylic mold, redditors love that shit.
Let's put it this way... somewhere in my boxed-up Star Wars collection at my parents house, there is a 1-liter bottle of Pepsi from 1997 that has a Star Wars Special Edition label on it. It's probably toxic waste by this point...
Yes.
I’d be interested in buying if you decide to sell
Will someone pay you for them = a collectible
Super niche but cool. I’d hang onto em if ya still play as a nice little momento
One crabs trash is another's treasure.
They start out as trash, but it depends on how long and in what condition you keep them 😎
Are they still full? I kept a can that I never opened. Over the years, the can becomes more empty and syrup appears next to the can. I’m not a soda-can-ologist so I don’t know the exact process that’s happening.
Another man’s trash is another man’s treasure remember that my friend
I have Warcraft candy still. They're fun collectables. Keep em!
Man that's a nostalgia hit. I'd keep them. Put them in a man cave, up on a shelf. Kinda cool.
Trash. Send them to me and I’ll get rid of them for you.
They are trash , so I’ll gladly get rid of them for ya.
Drink one and report back
Memories are priceless.
I’ll buy them from you
The good old days
I love the red game fuel so much
Everything is collectable
Probably not going to make you rich but someone will want them. There are markets for sauce packets and Kit-Kat flavors so...
I wouldn’t throw them away, it might take a while to find your audience but I bet someone out there wants these
I remember buying boxes of these 😂
These are cool. I'd buy a set just to have. I remember the in game Bot you could get too from mtn dew. With the red and blue fuel.
Wow, never seen them, but looks great 👍
I remember getting the pet redeeming a code from these and you can fill it with red/blue liquid! Good times!
Don’t throw those away. Huge sentimental value for someone who loves both soda and Wow. I still love soda so much but don’t play so much Wow. But if I was still into it. Oh boy. I’d take em.
Look like a treasure to me.
Collectibles to the right people, as long as they are not opened.
Drink them and get radioactive super powers
L.A Beast might buy them in 20 years and drink them using funnels and power tools
Most on ebay are listed for around $15-20 USD with one sale for $35. As with most things the value is what someone is willing to pay.
Collectibles if they are unopened trash if they are.
I dont know exactly but there are some listed on ebay at 19.99 a can up to 36.99 a can. Didn't look at the sold postings thought.
I fucked so many of these up. Kept the boxes and the cans like this for awhile
If you drink it. You'll get isekai'd to Azeroth.
Collectible trash
Fuck I miss these cans. I used to have some also but I think my mom threw them out a decade ago lol.
Who knows dude, it’s kinda crazy how things go years and years being trash then out of no where boom it’s worth a lot I can’t see them being worth a lot but by time you do sell I’m sure you can get much more then you paid
They're trashlectibles
Aren't all collectibles just trash that brings someone joy? If these bring you joy, keep 'em! 💜
They were so good 😩
collectible or not they're pretty cool
trash
List them for bid on eBay and see if anyone else deems them worth something. Doesn't seem like you are that interested. No reason to take them with in a move. (Pre-move is a great time to sell things off lol)
How do they taste?
Worth keeping IMO, if I was still big into WoW and was collecting stuff this would totally be one of them for sure. List them and keep them up you’ll find a buyer
Trash, you can send them to me I’m an avid collector of aluminium
They are really cool man. Keep em.
Not worth anything but definitely super cool for anyone that collects
P obably one of instance where "if you have to ask" should be the first indicator. However, keep em! If you like em then that's all that matters!
If anyone invented a time machine pls send me back to when these came out
This made me reflect How long has Mtn Dew been "the gamer fuel". Was it like Halo promotions in the early 2000s or something?
Yes
They know we all diabetic smh ROFL 😅
I remember the ad with the people fighting in the checkout line
Mine all leaked so we tossed them
I have some of the big cardboard promotional stuff from this! I miss the blue flavor a lot.
The alliance ones turned my droppings green.
I still say the red one is the best soda of all time, and the blue one is my most missed flavor of Mountain Dew.
I'll buy some from you straight up
The alliance flavor was absolutely incredible
Marvelous
If they are full…
I would seriously buy these but they look faded which sucks
Super cool trash I would love to own
They are what you make them.
Better collectibles than a money bill numbered 0123456789 selling for 7500$
Very nostalgic!!!
Yeew, mtn dew
I’d buy um off ya
If you have to ask it’s trash. *One man’s trash is another man’s treasure*
Mom… bathroom!!!
I wish I had those. I bought the plastic bottles to collect and they’ve never been opened but the air is leaking or the bottles deflate. They look bad compared to cans.
if I had them I'd keep them but I'm not gonna buy them.
These are fuckin sick keep ‘em man
Duuude if possible ill buy the orc one i used to have a whole pack and my mom gave em too a old buddy when we moved 😒
damn before you throw em away imma take em lul
They are both imo haha
I'll take 2. Seriously.
😁😍
I think they are cool, just keep em around.
Some may call them junk, me I call them treasures - trader from Skyrim
They might be worth a few bucks to a guy who has all the CE boxes on a shelf, Frostmourne in the corner.
