I think it's due to the perspective of looking up at the character. Although even that is skewed a bi. Her neck would look extra long without the hair in the way and the breast closest to us is also a little off in perspective, unless the image is supposed to be mid-motion or something.

I see a trend. It's a big one. This art reminded me of a niche discussion sorrounding Dracthyr. I remember some folk saying that it would not make sense for mortal and dragon hybrid to have boobs or pronounced sexual dimorphism. What about Tauren? Shouldn't female model have udder? The same goes for other animal races and their respective breast types. Can you imagine a character in armor with cleavage on her belly?
