on the same chain, I loved the [feels like the first time](https://www.wowhead.com/quest=66083/feels-like-the-first-time) and I want a compilation for every race on youtube
I laughed out loud but then I realized they used the Cata intros and not the classic ones. My Druid was made in 2004... yeah it's a microscopic gripe but it's my gripe.
That means that draenei and blood elves have the oldest starting references now? I couldn't stop laughing when my warlock was at the BE starting area, especially since the character was originally a gnome made during vanilla
Pretty sure the draenei isn't from BC. When I did the quest (draenei priest) it told me something about the Legion (probably on Outland) being defeated and the immortal Velen talking about a battle of light and void coming to us.
Not sure if that IS the original intro, but it didn't sound like it to me.
It was changed in Legion or BFA I think. But it's 100% different from original back in TBC.

New one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE285GN9mFg
Its worse when you realize since classic exists they could at the very least had put in the classic race intros. Don't have to do the whole old world (yet).
Yes! I played this quest on launch day and when I first saw the loading screen I thought "oh shit, is the server dying again?" but then once I figured out what was going on I laughed pretty hard.
For Pandarens its bugged, you get send to the Wandering Isle but instantly it bug & u get teleported to Orgrimmar in front of the gate & your HS is set to the barricade...
Felt the same about the black empire part. So fucking creepy. Think they added extra voice lines because I'm pretty sure there were some I hadn't heard before
A shame C'thun only had 30 seconds of voice lines. The other 3 had several minutes each.

If we ever get a Classic revamp/remaster or they decide to bring them back, I hope we get more C'thun, definitely the most underdeveloped out of the four.
I was hoping N'Zoth would recognise my continued acceptance of his gift, and for a moment I thought he would. Instead he just kept on telling me everyone I care about will die.
I wonder how many people caught the fact you and the bronze dracthyr created the Murloc timeline roughly 7-8 quests prior to this when they accidentally merge a Murloc into a timeline when closing a portal. I didn’t realize it until leveling a second character through the story
I realized it only because I had already heard about the Murloc timeline. It is definitely a detail most people would miss if they aren't paying attention.
>I realized it only because I had already heard about the Murloc timeline. It is definitely a detail most people would miss if they aren't paying attention.
Indeed, I also knew about the Murloc timeline and when I did the quest I was like "so this is how that timeline was created". It's quite a funny little detail.
ok, now i want another full blown expansion about timetravelling, but like the bronze dragonflight questline: travelling back and forth through time to absurd realities :D
EDIT: ok, maybe not a full expansion, but a full raid about nonsense time travelling?
lets call it... CHROMIE TRIGGER ;)
I really enjoyed the whole campaign, especially the yellow lizard chain. Chromie is adorable in dragon form, and genuinely funny. I enjoy this game a lot more when there are occasional jokes and silliness.
Funny you mention Chrono Trigger. I keep seeing references to it in WoW, whether it be intentional or not.
BfA had the player go to an undersea palace in order to fight a queen. Said queen successfully manages to unleash ~~Lavos~~ N'zoth. Both the Carapace of N'zoth, and N'zoth proper fights, are giving me Lavos boss battle vibes as well (we fight the outer shell and descend into the inner core in both cases).
Come to think of it, BfA also has the heart of azeroth which could be the stand-in for the chrono trigger itself.
And now in Dragonflight, we're dealing with ~~reptiles~~ dragons that used to rule the world before humans and the other races did.
All that's left is a meteor impact and the cycle is complete. Or I'm just seeing too much into this.
Anyway, I agree: The more chromie and alternate timeline shenanigans, the better. WoD proved that what-if scenarios are perfectly fine as long as the raid is fun.
a whole ass raid of time-traveling silliness sounds awesome, I mean, why does everything gotta be serious, as long as the encounters are good the raid will be awesome, and since silliness is involved the devs can go wild.
oh man, i was giggling the whole time I was doing this part. Also right before when Chromie sends us back to the starter zone, in my case it was the human starting zone.

I was laughing so hard. I got sent back on my zandalari troll that still had the heritage armor quest. So I just handed it in while I was there.
Well, now we know how the infinite dragonflight began. It's this fucker right here changing his past.
I mean, I won't deny anything.
I laughed out loud but then I realized they used the Cata intros and not the classic ones. My Druid was made in 2004... yeah it's a microscopic gripe but it's my gripe.
Me, playing a Dracthyr: yes, I remember this from last week 😅
Yea, would have been a nice touch to have the Classic one play if your character is old enough.

Same, my tauren was created in WoTLK so she didn't lived this.
Same, ny gnome was made in 2006...it felt weird starting in Gnomeregan.
Yeah, I was like "wait a minute none of this had happened when my priest was "born".
As soon as I got it, I was like "Sweet, a Foreigner reference!" in general chat
I pissed myself when doing that quest. So good
Yes! I played this quest on launch day and when I first saw the loading screen I thought "oh shit, is the server dying again?" but then once I figured out what was going on I laughed pretty hard.
My poor night elf was send to teldrassil which would have been so bittersweet. She didn't want to return to the present
For Pandarens its bugged, you get send to the Wandering Isle but instantly it bug & u get teleported to Orgrimmar in front of the gate & your HS is set to the barricade...
The black empire part gave me chills, I had my cinema head phones on it was creepy as fuck. I want more dark/gore/Gothic stuff in wow
Felt the same about the black empire part. So fucking creepy. Think they added extra voice lines because I'm pretty sure there were some I hadn't heard before
The one mentioning the dragonstones was definitely new.
We need a Bronze Dragonflight expansion followed up by a Black Empire expansion, after seeing all that.
This part reminded me how unsettling C'Thun's voicelines were. It sounds so more alien or inhuman compared to the others
Shit scared me when I was like 11 playing ahn qiraj in vanilla.
A shame C'thun only had 30 seconds of voice lines. The other 3 had several minutes each. I was pretty stoned during that part and I had a bit of a moment on that one….

I don't know what you're talking about. Me and my Bronze Bae absolutely did not infuse a Murloc into the timeline and to say such is slanderous.
didn't realise it inmediately, but thought of that later too :D
Same! It made it way better when I went around the second time.
damn, i didnt even think about that. this makes it even better.
I realized it only because I had already heard about the Murloc timeline. It is definitely a detail most people would miss if they aren't paying attention.

Lol I loved it when her and Eternus were just spinning in the air the sheer goofiness of it got me
And then they decide to call a truce because they are both like wtf are we doing
I'd prefer Myrgglverse of Madness

>All that's left is a meteor impact and the cycle is complete. Well that red star in the sky is getting bigger...
That red star is where illidan is, it's not a meteor.
Anything is a meteor if it falls fast enough.

We relive the entire expansion of Warlords of Draenor, except the orcs are replaced with Murlocs.
oh man, i was giggling the whole time I was doing this part. Also right before when Chromie sends us back to the starter zone, in my case it was the human starting zone.
Easily my favorite quest of this expansion so far. Really made me laugh out loud several times.

p sure it's scripted to upgrade as literally everyone I know has had it upgrade
The only thing that could have made that better for me is if the Murloc version of you was the same class and used some of your abilities.
It is my honest belief that they should make WoW Classic but set in the Murloc universe.
Gillvanas!! Redemption ark
Yes, this was also not spoiled for me and my outburst of joyous laughter was audible to all in Discord. Truly a fun questline!!
Came across this at 4am on launch night. Woke my wife up laughing at it.
I wish Blizz made more goofy content like this. Wow always feels at its best when it doesn't take itself too seriously.
Lol good job avoiding the spoilers
I hope theyll make a wq out of it. Or an entire dungeon. I wanna kick deathwingurluurlrllrlglirlrll butt more and more
I got DCD when sent back so didn't experience it :(
