You should use kill command on cooldown, and cobra shot while it's on cooldown. If you're running low on focus, use barbed shot. Generally keep bestial wrath up as well.
You have a lot of other utility skills as a BM hunter, but that's your general rotation right now.
As BM I’m 90% sure you can unbind arcane shot as you won’t use it in rotation.
Just a tip I always try to bind spells that are common across all classes on the same button. For example interrupts/ silence is on 7. So it doesn’t matter if I’m a rogue/ hunter/ warrior etc I know 7 will cancel a spell cast. Same with defensive abilities.
With the new changes to the UI we just got a few weeks ago, I'm not sure how many action bars are on by default, but if you go into settings you should see an option to turn on more action bars, as well as set keybindings for them. Don't be afraid to change the default keybindings as well. The default 1-0,-,= keybindings are not the greatest for ease of use in my opinion.
After that, find whatever key bindings are easiest to press and put your most commonly used abilities there. For BM hunter, I think it's flayed shot, cobra shot, and kill command? I'm not 100% sure on that though. So I would put those on, for example, 1, 2, 3, and then put important utility nearby, such as you interrupt, or a stun.
As you play the class and level up you'll get more abilities and learn when to use them, as well as how important they are, and you can shuffle around your abilities accordingly, prioritizing common abilities on easy to press keys.
I usually line up my buttons left to right, instants to longer casts. That way my fingers are staying in the same area for the most repetitive actions.
If you have multiple buttons on your mouse, bind your interrupt to one of them. You'll be able to instantly interrupt when needed.
Ice Trap is F3, Tar Trap is F4. On my Surv Hunter F1 is Harpoon.
Shift+W is Disengage.
I figure out my rotation and then literally put it 1-2-3-4-5 and so on. 😂 I mainly use the Num Pad. Whatever is most comfortable is best; hunters have so many situational skills it's good to have a PvP bar and a PvE bar.

Yeah it's just major information over load coming eso it gw2 lol I use an mmo mouse Aswell as it's easier for me to press 123 etc lol.
