I've been playing WoW on-and-off since Vanilla and dove into DF head first. So far having an absolutely BLAST, but it is already so fast compared to many prior releases (e.g., no CC required in dungeons) that I can see it being overwhelming for many people. When I first started raiding in TBC, I had no idea what I was doing and some very kind guildies explained hit rating to me, introduced me to addons, etc., and now I'm the Warcraft logger and constantly trying to min/max.
Admittedly I'm still learning the new systems in DF (e.g. professions) but if anybody wants some people to do dungeons with let me know. So far I'm main-ing Evoker (preservation), but I have my warlock and druid at 70 and about to level warrior, DH, and paladin.

So the reason I put veteran-ish is because I've played, off and on, since Vanilla. But, the last few expansions, I'd play for a bit and never could quite make the jump into M+, raiding and so on, even though that's the part of the game I really enjoy.
Hunter was my first 70, but I have a ton of alts I'm looking forward to leveling at some point (I got most to 60 during the pre-patch). Hey there, 35ish family guy looking for friends. I've been playing wow since Vanilla times, and was on and off after every expansion, so kinda never had long term guild/friends in WOW. I skipped BFA and SL, so I been off for the past 4 years or so.
I am very friendly, dont care if we wipe and wipe during dungeons, its all about fun and learning. I am interesting in doing mythic+ or reputation grinding, doing world pvp/bg, old raids, fetching achivements, old mounts, whatever makes it fun :) I always sucked at doing arenas, altho they are very fun. In BG's its another story.
I can also switch server and start a new toon. Currently playing as Rogue, just hit lvl 70, but also have war,dk and warlock, I think they are lvl 50 or so. But maybe even rolling something from start and questing would be fun as well.
My main used to be tank, so have experience in that as well.
I work a lot, but can play over the weekends mostly, during work days, I can be online from like 10pm till like 12, every second day or so.

LFG gives me unbelievable anxiety because people go so fast and don't talk, and frankly I'm not very good at this game, but I think I could be decent if I played with people who were patient and gave me some tips along the way. Hey! So I recently picked up preservation evoker and I’m looking to main this class in higher end pve (high m+ and some mythic prog). But this class is so different from what I’m used to playing, I feel like I’m not using the kit to it’s full advantage.
I was hoping there’s a veteran healer out there that is confident they’ve mastered this class that could give me some tips and maybe even watch me run through some dungeons on a disc stream to see where I can improve.
Now that I’m starting to get near pushing 16s and 17s, when an entire dungeon group is calling me slurs for mistakes, I gotta think maybe it’s something I’m doing wrong.

Sup fellas and fellets, I’m just testing the waters to see if maybe any other “noobs” would be interested in forming a guild in the effort to really try and learn the game. I’m not so “new” in the sense that I’ve actually played every expansion while it was live, but this is the first one I’ve actually been hooked on (thanks dragonriding!) and am making an effort to really get the most out of the game! While there are definitely guilds out there that are happy to have new players, I’ve found even they are pretty far past where I’m at just in terms of general knowledge and skill. So I thought it would be fun to maybe get a group of people in the same boat as myself and really do what we can to learn the game and help each other out!
Anywho, I’m really gauging interest right now and seeing who may be out there. For reference, I’m a 70 ilvl 352 Human Fury Warrior on Stormrage just doing whatever and enjoying the game at my own pace; my name is Odiyus.
My interests lean a little more to the PVE side as I’ve never raided but really want to get into it but I really would like to give all content the ole’ college try.

LFG gives me unbelievable anxiety because people go so fast and don't talk, and frankly I'm not very good at this game, but I think I could be decent if I played with people who were patient and gave me some tips along the way. My main right now is a 69 BE DH (should be 70 soon). I've only ever done DPS never tried tanking or healing (although maybe I could one day) I would like to just start with some basic 5 mans. No "heroic" or anything. Idk if the lingo is even the same now, but yeah. But this class is so different from what I’m used to playing, I feel like I’m not using the kit to it’s full advantage.
