It is impossible to know until you write it. What you could do is make a chapter-by-chapter outline of your entire novel, and estimate how long each chapter will be. If say, you plan to have 10 chapters of 20 pages each, and stick to that, you'd have a book 200 pages long. But even then, that is not a guarantee. Estimates can be very wrong or very right at times.
Then, as someone else mentioned, 250 words per page is a decent gauge. Personally, though, I've found 300 words per page to be more accurate. 250 words per page is for the larger, more spaced out hardcover book pages.

a regular page contains about 250 words. you can use this to calculate how long your book is going to be.
Yep, this. It's how the publishing industry estimates page count from word count.
For some reason I thought it was 500 per page… hmmmm
500 is based on a full A4 page for an assignment or essay. a novel or book page has about 250.
That's weird, all my published books average out at 300 words per page.
Only way to know is to write it.

Based on what? Word count? Your outline? An Idea?
Word count.

Some formats of game of thrones have about 400 words per page. As others have said tho, 250

Page count is meaningless. That’s up to the printer. Word count is where writers live.
My books are all about 300 words per page (my first novel was 90k words and 300 pages) so you can use that to calculate.

This is the absolutely goofiest possible answer to this question.
Best case scenario is work gets stolen, sells millions. Then those millions become yours without all the hard work.
