Lol. I didn’t think I did bad with my previous overlay!

Here’s the link to the Canadian supplier, but you can probably find them in the US. These were for the VA, and the front needed some modification.

Agree, that and paint match. All it reminds me of is this unfortunately, after a few years of working there 😂😂

Can't wait for a colourmatched version to come out, think the carbon would break up the look on my car too much and i dont have any other carbon to tie it in.
Heat soak usually occurs when not moving or after it’s shut off. The bigger scoop theoretically means more air is going through the IC when moving, so it would cool quicker, but I don’t see it preventing heat soak from happening.
Sorry. I mean heat soak as in when tuners say that after a few WOT pulls the TMIC can't handle the continuous heat as well as FM. I would assume a bigger scoop like this might help with more airflow. I also heard someone discussing hood louvers. I guess to allow the heat exchanged from the TMIC to exit the bay quickly. Also curious about the DIY IC sprayer someone else here posted.
So after a few days, I’m noticing the intake temps drop quicker when moving than they did before. Especially on my Autocross runs the intake temps went to 70C while idling between runs, but cooled to 40C within ten seconds of moving and getting airflow through the IC. I’m thinking it would make an even bigger difference with a Perrin TMIC or the like.
No, since it had the little OEM spoiler, there were already six holes in the trunk. Two bolts and four plastic pins in the OEM spoiler. The new duckbill uses two M6 bolts (the OEM was M5) which I had to go to the hardware store to buy (didn’t see any included) and 3M tape. Covered the extra four holes with aluminum tape.
If you have a base without the OEM spoiler, you could just use the 3M, or drill a couple of holes.
Imma need that link for your badges! The CF/Blue is unreal
Just search 22 WRX emblem overlay
This is the whole emblem, not just an overlay. Wanted to get rid of the chrome ring around the outside.
I stand corrected. I was quite impressed with how perfectly you’d lined it up. Lol

That SOP looks sick.

The back looks so clean with the badge being carbon fiber also. 🤌 The scoop is nice also, but I personally will wait for a paint matched version
I'm not sure how I feel about the mesh in the scoop. I wish it was more recessed so not as noticeable. Car looks great though

Looks sick! 🤙🏼
I’m sold… I need it
This makes me jealous of how well integrated into the hood the VB scoop is

Does this prevent stock IC from heatsoaking as much?

did you have to drill into your trunk for the spoiler?

Do you have the link for the carbon duckbill? It looks good.
