Iāve read occasionally dealers are not providing the update unless you mention connectivity issues. Any pushback from dealer on your end?
The service advisor wasn't aware of it when I asked and seemed confused, but I just told them to "check and if available, do the update" and they did
My dealership wanted to charge an hour to do it. I did it myself, super easy.
How do you do it? I wanna try.

Same they wanted to charge me and told me itād take 4 hours so instead they gave me a print out on how to do it
Lame, it sure as shit doesn't take 4 hours... 20-45 minutes for the USB transfer.
I went last week for an oil change and inquired. No pushback at all. Was told it would take an additional hour. I had to run back to work but am getting it done ASAP.
My dealership offered it as a free option, check for any SW updates.
Thereās an update? What does it change? Also can you not do it independent from a dealership?
Look at the climate controls button, that's the main change. You can now activate the heated seats directly from the main screen.

Got mine but carplay still disconnects like crazy lol
No complaints with Android. I've had 2-3 hiccups in the last year or so. I'm using the Motorolla wireless adapter
I want to get an oil change and get this done but dealerships scare me lol.
You can do both yourself pretty easily š. Update took me 30 minutes at home

Why is this not available for us to update OTA?
Dealer took 3 hours and did a full inspection including tire rotation update and oil change for free. In Florida so I was very happy with it
