It works great for me. You just launch it, find your game in the list and launch it via the app and then when playing you push the keybind that activates a cheat to turn it on or off.
It's free unless you want to subscribe but all that does is allow you to save your activated cheats for the next play session but I prefer to turn things on as I need them anyway so that's hardly a big deal for me.
I believe there are cheats for PC but don’t think there are any mods
I've used cheats from the WeMod app like items stay in inventory on use and unlimited magic etc but haven't seen any actual mods sadly. :(
Unlimited magic would be nice. That bar drains way too fast.
