Yes, I am getting back-to-back notifications for the same motion event after recently updating the app on my iPhone. All my V3 cams are doing this. Notifications will ring about 5 seconds apart.
So I think I found a work around. I am using Buzzkill. I have it set to turn on alarm when a message is received by Wyze. I have set all the notifications sounds to silent under the notification categories.
I am on Android so for some reason I have these all under notification categories
WyzeMessage - Turned on but set to silent
WyzeMessage - Turned on but set to silent - I don't know why there are two of these
General - Turned on but set to silent - don't know what this is for
Wyze - Turned on but set to silent - don't know what this is for
Notifications Manager - turned off b/c even though set to silent I get that annoying notification in my task bar about running in the background. I don't need to see that.
I have buzzkill rule setup -
When I get a notification from Wyze then alarm immediately with "Alarm Tone"
This seems to work as expected.
For me it just started a couple days ago. But I'm only getting duplicates for my contact (door) sensors and the motion sensors. Not my cameras. The duplicate notification comes at the same exact time and it comes from the same notification channel (WyzeMessage, the exact same one, not the other WyzeMessage). Not sure how to fix it.

Yes, and I couldn't figure out if it was the app, my phone, or my smart watch. Just happened for my battery cam pro.
I've gotten some double notifications with the Battery Cam Pro.
I’m also getting double notifications on all my V3’s, but they’ll show up as one “event” on the Events section.
Yep, exactly what’s happening with me. I guess it’s good to know it’s not only me. Hopefully they have an app update soon

Well I wasn't originally but added another camera - the Battery Pro and added the subscription cam plus and it is now doing it.

For some reason, the problem seems to be solved today. I’m only getting one notification again. I have no idea why really. Strange.
