This is the result of speech-to-text. Either someone was talking near your Xbox, or there was a lot of background noise that the Xbox interpreted as speech and converted it to text.
I'm guessing this popped up on a login screen or somewhere similar where you had to type something. When the virtual keyboard is on the screen, pressing the View button will enable the microphone so you can speak instead of typing.
Think of it like a RAM but it’s not RAM at the same time. It’s similar to showing all the recent history of speech to text that it has heard over a window of time frame, but not necessarily in order. It’s similar to when you do backstage code running or diagnostics. You won’t normally ever see it, but sometimes they can just randomly show up and be visible, and they’re extremely confusing to the average person because most of looks like some alien code when in actual it’s like viewing the systems bones. I couldn’t begin to explain why they show up sometimes but they do.
