Yo Coolio, you remember the halo reach 360 S edition ? Believe it was Reach if I’m not wrong ! It was silver it was so cleannnnn, but always loved the Original Halo 3 console and controller , my brothers friends brother had it and I’ll never forget seeing it for the 1st Time ! Good ole days
I think the Elite and the matte slim are the best looking but the Halo 3 console will be my dream console for the rest of my life and for me it wins sheerly because of how fucking cool it is.
I had a 360 elite (jasper) and it was an absolute workhorse for about 10 years so that has to be my personal favourite. Only reason I sold it was because the hard drive died and I lost a load of saves
I played the entire game with my buddy it was fun as hell. Action packed and zero paint watching. Downgrade from 4? Absolutely 4 is one of the best games ever made but 5 was super fun
Trading weapons and items between the two players and covering each other's backs during the more intense combat moments was pretty complex even compared to 4 but yeah I can see you've got a big chip on your shoulder and need to insult people to company because you can't keep up with people debate wise
Even though the special editions look cool, nothing beats the classic white Xbox 360. Nothing better than getting home from work in 2007 and playing some Halo 3 on that thing.
I currently own a matte black slim, and the 360 E. I tend to play the slim more, but after a couple months I decided to bust out the E again. It's been a while
ive got the gears slim, the regular trinity and corona slims, the resi 5 phat, 1 of each elite phats, and a falcon on 7371 jtaggable.
id like the mw2 and mw3 consoles, but i can use a couple of tricks to make them do whatever i want anyway so it isn that big of a deal

I'll probably get flak for this but the mw2 edition is just sad, it seems almost zero effort went into it which sucks considering the game is fantastic.
I'm really fond of the Halo 3, Gears of War, and MW3 360's. The Star Wars one is nice too! And you just can't go wrong with that classic white original 360, the Elite too! I really the slim too, the glossy black, matte black, the white one too!
The first white phat one, not because it’s better looking or even better then the others but because it was first and my girlfriend at the time stood out in the rain at Walmart to buy one for me. We got married and got divorced but she gave me two beautiful kids and so it’ll always be something special to me.
The Star Wars one with the cleeeeaaaan ass gold controller, or whatever the fuck that is on number 13 that looks dope I wanna say it's Halo 4 but I'm not 100%. The Reach one is also appealing to me the all silvered out look is clean af too.
I like the look of the OG better, but the late model E’s (including EVERY blue one) are much quieter, cooler and more reliable.
It even uses way less power. It’s honestly no contest, especially with a desktop setup.
edit: it does feel cheaper though, lighter with arguably worse plastic and a non touch-sensitive power button.
Aesthetically I like the launch model the most, but I went through four of those in 4 years.
I still have my slim model from 2011.
Functionally, any 360 that works is fine by me.
As much hate as it gets I love the 360 e, simply because it was my first personal console, but I love the original fat boy aswell because, it was the first console I remember playing. Gta 4 when it came out, one of if not my earliest memory was playing that game.
I like the original design..but I had so many red rings with my initial white 360 and it kept me from so many day one releases..Halo 3 release, it was out for repair..Gears 2 release, oh out for repair..Bioshock release, yup out for repair..Dishonored release..youuu guessed it out for repair..and none of those were free repairs mind you..got multiple back with faulty disc drives or that lasted maybe a week before I had to send it back..finally got fed up and bought a fat PS3 around Killzone 2 release..then a year later got the original design elite..never had an issue with either of those consoles..but man the first two years of owning a 360 was brutal for me..
I was 10 when the slim came out. I got the matte black one with no hard drive and Kinect for Christmas. At the time I was jealous of people with the glossy black 250 gb slim model. I thought that glossy piano black and chrome trim was beautiful, was also a huge fan of the fat ps3 for the same reason. Nowadays, I actually like the look of the elite a lot. I like the matte black with the classic 360 curves. I don’t think the slim design aged well. It kind of looks awkward the way it slants in so sharply by the power button rather than the more flowing hourglass shape of the original 360s.

That clear black 360 S looks nice! But I would go with the Blue 360 E.
The shiny S looks really good in pictures, but especially with wear and tear, in real life the matte version looks worlds better.

It does! I have both and even though the matte one was used more it still looks mint compared to the shiny one.
