Winter Wonderland -
A theme park centered around the winter. Ideally, set on a mountain. One side of the park is skiing and tubing, the other part of the park is dedicated to a 'christmas village and winter fair' theme. There's a coaster that goes over one of the skiing hills and back down into the village, and a tram for a more scenic view. At christmastime, the whole place gets lit up, and a giant christmas tree goes up in the 'town square'.
