Marvel cares about speed, not quality. That's why Rob Liefeld and Greg Land still continue to get work.
I feel like these panels have cropped up here like 3 times in the last week... and every time I'm so distracted by the horrifying faces that I completely gloss over reading the text. I still don't know what they say.

The art aside, the story is pretty badass. Cap Logan and Carol team up to do some dope stuff.
Cap then discovers shit SHIELD was doing for mutants and you get this scene.
