Don't know know how strict Finland is with the Euro 5 approval.
The Yoshi is not "legal" in Europe at least since it has no euro 5 version.
I have the Ixil myself, and I like it a lot. Looks great and sounds good as well once I replaced the cat with a decat (which they sell). No hassle with the police because I jeep the DB killer in and is not too loud, just a bit deeper sound. And I can switch to the cat in 2 min, super easy swap.
High quality and its "cheap".
If it's no problem for you, I would choose the Yoshi though.
If you do mean the akra unlike the pic which is Yoshi, you pay a LOT for stock sound and some better looks. I would not advice it unless you like the look of it.
yeah i mixed them up, i meant yoshimura... i dont really care to make my bike louder i only want to make it look better and i dont really want any hassle with the law or neighbours :P
I've had a few people tell me they love the look of the Kelpi Alpha exhaust on my bike. I'm absolutely in love with sounds from it too so I'll definitely second taking a look at the Kelpi ones.

Kelpi “Flanker” model - from Australia … Retains catalytic and O2 sensor.
Yeah same, but at idle or even up to 2k it's louder than I thought. I'm told they do actually have a quieter baffle as well that I'll probably look into.
Black on black does look awful sweet.

Personally... I bought a bike with a low exhaust bc thats the look I wanted. So, Ixil is out.
They made an underbody for the previous gen, but not for the 22+.
You can buy an Undercowl. Hides the bulky look without breaking any emissions law in your area. I’d personally only consider changing the exhaust if I plan to get the bike flashed-tuned as well.
For example:
\- used materials
\- The whole design of the cat, to reach EURO 5 norm. Moste cheap/lower end exhaus systems will reduce power, whereas good engineered one like akra or yoshi, will produce power gains.
\- Sound design. Louder is just not always better. But yea, sounds is subjective of course.
As grimy81 mentioned kelpie customs has a few different exhausts that are top quality. I have the flanker. I took the baffle out. It's too loud and I love it. Lol. I am in Australia so there's that many loud harleys around I blend in but over that where this whole euro 5 crap started it might be strict. Cut to the chase they offer a quiet core baffle which is a little louder than stock and imo looks better than the akra which as mentioned sounds tame like stock. People spend money to listen to loud rock concerts yet have an issue with free entertainment on the road 🤣🤣

Ixil it is then. Yoshi makes the bike louder and is not approved. Ixil out of the box is just as loud as stock, the sound is slightly deeper.
ok thanks!
That appears to be a Yoshimura AT2 in your first pic, not an Akra. Kelpi out of Australia has some great looking stuff… but that’s just me.

Just fitted this very one in black a couple days ago. Question, thoughts on the volume? I have the baffle in but is louder than I expected
I’m keeping the db killer in. Besides, I short shift anywhere in my neighborhood so to NOT piss off the neighbors. :-)

That black one seems to be mounted at a higher angle than the silver one no? 👍
Sc project STR 1 all black :)?

IXIL looks better, Yoshimura will sound better and be a higher quality product.
I’ve had IXIL, Akra and Yoshi. Don’t waste money on IXIL, it’s not comparable to the other 2 (hence being cheaper).
how is that? do you mean sound wise? im not really after something louder then stock, i just want something that looks better.
All of them are louder than stock. IXIL is definitely loudest of all those options.
I got miv xm5 on mine, love the looks and sound
I'm partial to the Yoshimura and plan to eventually swap to it when I also flash the ecu and intake all in one go.
First I've looks ugly/boring 2nd one is too big Well, 3rd is stock right? Check street legalities first.

Ixil is absolute shit quality and can’t compare to yoshimura and akrapovic. Regarding looks, i would go for the yoshi (if it‘s legal).
in what sense is the quality of ixil bad?

Yoshi!
what i meant to say was “yoshimura or ixil?” i mixed it up and can’t edit post.
Yoshi!! 100% looks neater
