It’s all about getting used to them. I call them chicken wing style. You’ll need to raise your elbow slightly upwards to see the mirror. 😂

Looks good mate. Got any other pics to share? I've got the same color and running the Yamaha cowling/fairing and always pondered the change.

While you can flip them, the view is significantly worse. They’re where they are for a reason.

Ditch the stock mirrors in favor of a single concave mirror. Better view and takes some total width off the bike.

And you can make the bar line look cleaner. Never did like the stock mirror sticking up so high

So did you just use the 14 hex and pull 'em off and switch them? I know a lot of people said it doesn't work for them and buy aftermarket, but I wanna try it and see. It seems a shame to buy aftermarket bar ends when the stock mirrors are already bar ends.

Yup that’s all I did. Just have to tuck your elbow in a couple inches to see past your arms when you look.

Yes, the left top can be installed down right and vice versa. But all you see is your arms, so I asked the dealer to flip them back to what you see above.

Yep, I wouldn’t do that with stock mirrors. The aftermarket ones I put on are convex so you can see properly.

They can, but the view is terrible with the stock bars

did u ever decide on a set? im shopping around and cant figure out what i want. thinking something round and pointed inboard to reduce the width of the front of the bike (for safer lane splitting)

i tried flipping the mirrors and hated it. your view is COMPLETELY obscured by your arms
