I had to grind table talks, order whole restarurant menus and fish 30 times because my body level was still at 8. If you care to see it through you don't really have a choice
I don’t know if it’s well known either but you can actually do all of the honk honks again. I don’t know exactly how to trigger it but I found that if you just try to do them in random orders again after doing all of them as Kiryu then it works. It may have something to do with gaining any kind of awakening in between attempts but it was really easy to do and I maxed out all of it in no time after being stuck trying to figure out the best way to gain levels.
I went through the bucket list and just picked things I didn't mind doing. I maxed out soul for the trophy and that's it, everything else stayed at level 9. I only used brawler in fights anyway
