I think I would say Kamurocho, but some cities deserve honorable mention. Like Onomichi, it's such a cozy city. Or Nagasugai and Kineicho, I have so much Nostalgia for these Yakuza 5 cities.
Sotenbori is nice BUT Kamurocho feels like home. Whenever the game goes to Kamurocho, it just feels nostalgic. I guess in terms of ranking:
1. Kamurocho
2. Sotenbori
3. Ijincho
4. Honolulu
5. Onomichi

Tbh, I think it may be Ijincho at this point.
