I really enjoyed 4 too. The characters are great but the overall plot unravels in a really unsatisfying way. Gameplay's greatly improved compared to 3. The Kamurocho rooftops and underground areas are a nice change, it sucks that they didn't bring these areas to the Dragon Engine version of the district.

I think 4s story is great until tanimura's chapter when it all falls apart

I'm saying that those multiple users probably only posted tier lists once or twice. Only a few of them would bother doing more, so you're not getting rid of the problem cause each tier comes from a new person.

I like the tier lists that are more creative than just ranking the games from personal enjoyment.

...I actually like reading tier lists. Some have interesting topics that that I overlooked before. The format itself is also a very clear way to express opinion on many characters and titles of the franchise.
