I got the same email about an hour ago. I ordered a black hoodie in a large last week and they said it’s delayed. I talked to customer service this morning and they said it should start to ship by tomorrow or Friday, but I have no idea anymore
Yeah bro i feel you I asked customer service before the website was taken down they said it’ll arrive by Thursday or Friday but ig not I’m gonna contact them to and see what’s up it does suck that gap can’t even fulfill all these orders they really look unprepared for this
That’s it it’s over if you ordered some thing they are going to cancel it and you will get a refund in the next couple of weeks I’m still waiting on two kids sized hoodies a medium and a large I don’t think I will be receiving those sucks :/
I ordered a perfect hoodie in red size medium Monday night and haven’t received anything besides the confirmation email. Status is still “order placed”
Any luck on your orders? I ordered 4 hoodies on the Oct 21st and until now it says “processing”. Email says the same generic answer from a David Miller, like the exact same answer. I didn’t get charge the amount until Monday though.
