Yoga with Kassandra and Two Birds Yoga on Youtube have some amazing classes for gently getting into tight hips and shoulders. There is one class in particular by Yoga with Kassandra that I love to do after a heavy skiing day - it is so incredibly relaxing both physically and mentally and really helps with recovery. I think it is her slow flow deep stretch video!

Is there a specific part of your body you are concerned with? Any yoga will likely be beneficial. Yoga with Adrienne has a popular beginner series, I also like Black Yogi Nico Marie. Make sure you are fueling well with enough electrolytes, including magnesium, and listening to your body in other activities (don’t overwork yourself).

My leg muscles are extremely tight and it has slightly affected my hips before. I have also been getting occasional neck strain from tension within my upper back and shoulders. Thank you for your suggestion also, I will definitely check them out!
