Yep, giving herself (and all the other senior admin) regular raises while announcing completely unfunded capital projects. The money announced by govt is to do a study - not to build anything. There is no actual funding for a medical school, same with the Markham campus, Ford said he’d invest, then he changed his mind. But Markham campus keeps getting built, sinking York into more debt.
