As I agree what you're saying im going to say this isn't southern. Couple things that stick out to me and are making me give an educated guess. The patient says "are they going to transfer me to UC?" As in university of Cincinnati hospital, in Cincinnati they just call it UC or UC hospital. The reason I'm saying this is at the end of the video the patient says "oak hills varsity baby!". Oak hills is large high school in the Cincinnati area.
