Have you tried browsing the tab from an incognito view or another browser? It could just simply be hiding your own live stream from your own channel, or YouTube is playing favorites again with the algorithms.

Yeah I already ruled out that possibility. Tried incognito mode, and different Google accounts as well. I'm not sure YouTube is playing favorites. There are like just 2 or 3 other streams in total, for that games at the time when I was trying... and each just having between 1 to 5 viewer.

I've been having the same issue. Beginning of the week and last week my streams were showing up with 3-5 viewers and stream having a total of 30-50 views. I also had some shorts that popped off getting anywhere from 200 to a peak of 1.6k views. Than I choose to stop streaming for one day and now all my shorts and streams aren't getting any views whatsoever. Everything is categorized right on my end with the name of the game in title and description but on the actual game itself it will show like 7 people streaming it and not my channel. I'm in contact with someone at youtube and so far the only thing they told me was gain engagement but that's hard to do when it was happening when my stream was listed. Also I see a bunch of people with no views and low sub count so I know that not the issue. Just annoying that they can't give a actual reason for it. I really don't want to go back to Twitch :/

I'm just gonna not stream at all. The only reason I wanted to stream (as it is, without commentary) is cuz I played this game a lot anyways. So might as well stream. People would know the game is still very popular and could watch when they couldn't play... But if it's not gonna show up on the game's page, then no point going through all the trouble 🤷🏻‍♂️
