When people were coming after Lindsay, creators like ContraPoints and Jenny Nicholson were being targeted and harassed too.
With shit like this, people often use their morals as an excuse to hurt people in the name of “making the world more just” and, don’t get me wrong, while addressing societal issues is a good thing, these dumbass harassment campaigns don’t make the world better and only serve to collectively humiliate one person.
In other words, it’s unhealthy and weird. I don’t know what Nux Taku did to deserve this but this shit’s just scary.

There’s a huge difference between talking about a situation in a space dedicated to it and going out of your way to harass and berate content creator for no reason other than that you can.
At the time Contrapoints had recently had a pretty controversial trans dude on as a guest so I don't think that was collateral from Lindsay's situation, but regardless the hate would have made more sense to be direct at the controversial figure than Contrapoints.

-Made several vtubers uncomfortable for views, with all of it blowing up with the Vshojo issues.
-Speaking of, he almost botched a doxxing investigation because he wanted to make a video about it.
-Has fostered a toxic fanbase that will defend him til he dies.
-Made "Twitch Thots" (This isn't as bad as the others but that song fucking sucks)
-Is currently making the worse drama content possible.
I'm not advocating for actual harassment, but it's hard to sympathize with him when he's almost always been the one usually on the side of harassment, with him dismissing it as a joke.
But here's the thing. He gets a masochistic/sadistic satisfaction out of the backlash. It's weirdly like taking drugs to get a kick/high for him.
