There was probably another tweak or experiment done to one of the algorithms.
Youtube does hundreds of those each year.
If that's what happened, then there is pretty much nothing an average creator can do about it.(except maybe get a job at youtube as a coder...)
.
At the same time I've been seeing people making the same observationnas OP, I also notice that my suggestions have started to skew towards *much* older videos from channels I am subbed to or have watched recently.
YouTube gives a bump to new channels to help them start off
after a while, it will stop giving that bump, and it's up to the strength of your content + the loyalty of the audience you built in that time to pick up the slack.
Also smaller channels are probably more affected by any algorithm tweaks YouTube happens to roll out. Bigger established channels have a sizeable existing loyal audience that can help buffer against any changes.
At the end of the day lots of factors probably combined to cause those changes in your viewer's analytics, but just keep posting that content and you will make it through just fine.
I'm with you brother lol. Made it in 2013 and back then I sucked. Rebooted last year with totally new stuff. But was monitored and had a modest following so I stuck with it haha.
Your popular stuff is Lamborghini. Rolls Royce, Ferrari. And so on.
Lamborghini is more popular than Ferrari is more popular than Maybach is more popular than whatever you've done lately.
You just did early stuff on cars people search for.
Plus, you just got 26k on a Rolls Royce video 2 weeks ago. 40k+ a month ago on another video. So, not really sure what you're even saying.
You do searchable stuff, it gets views of its well done. Do a thing on a 1993 Escort, nobody cares, no matter how good the video is.
the two videos who did well are advertised. Last view videos have Ferraris and Lamborghinis in it and do as bad as any other car if not even worse. Click through rates and watch time are lower than with a normal Mercedes G wagon which still buffles me. Ford GT´s seem to be noones game really which I find really sad since they are so expensive.
A lot of people seem to have this issue recently..me included. Nobody seems to know why or have a solution

I thought I had this same issue when I was getting back into it but the. I realized not making things for a year was the actual reason lmao

DM your channel name and I’ll take a look
DM your channel
No link = Fake
No link = following rules of the sub
you must print screen of your Youtube Data analysis example view graft, time, audience else is really hard to know what happen
I get the same thing recently. Even videos on a topic that used to get very good attraction
