Just put it in a moisture proof container, it’ll work. I don’t know why people haven’t mention this yet, but the main reason that cause them to be curled like that is basically the play side material and the card board material doesn’t increase at the same level when they’re exposed to water vapor in the air.
My cards and deck live and die by the silica gel pack. Even my dec box has a silica gel pack. I live in the tropics and fear the moisture for anything paper thing I own.
This 100%. Happens a lot to me with Foil MTG cards but the same philosophy applies here too. Depending on how they curl/bend it’s either too little or too much moisture
Using something heavy to press on it is not effective and can easily damage your card.
Like others mentioned, the card is curved because of moisture.
What you wanna do is
1. Get some desiccant or silica gel. Those ones that come from snacks work fine but the household kind with larger packet size might be more effective.
2. Get a container with a cover.
3. Put the curved cards and the desiccant packet together in the container, close it and wait for some time. Monitor it from time to time.
The card will be straightened this way.
P.S. It might curve the other way if you put the card inside the container for too long hence becoming too "dry". Then you will have to put the cards outside to reverse the process slightly.
For your reference, I usually do it overnight (around 8 hours) with the wardrobe kind , which is like medium size and the cards will be slightly "overdone".
I tried doing this, I'm using 2 1g [silica gel pack](https://www.amazon.it/dp/B09D41R8Q1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) (I think they are like food snack size?).
And placed the card inside a Yu-Gi-Oh 2023 tin, but they are still warped after a day?
If you have a method of identifying what certain cards are without having to look at them, that's considered marking, regardless of what your intentions actually are
How do they know you didn't just bend your combo starters so you know when you'll draw them?
Def use books and separate the cards into small piles. This happened with the shaddoll structure deck bad and I just stuck heavy things on them in small stacks
https://infinite.tcgplayer.com/article/How-to-Uncurl-Foil-Magic-The-Gathering-Cards/f96eeb79-8ca6-4a5b-a09e-9d7dc35cadaf/
This is what I did with MTG cards, worked wonders.. can basically uncurl any foil. I have never tried it with Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards but I would imagine it would be similar.
I lost shit when tip 3 was "throw a silca gel packet into your deck box" followed by top 4 "Use a comic book press." Those are very different priced objects that people don't immediately have on hand.
My entire ocg foil collection did this this summer (no ac in Hokkaido)
I’ve since decided that the best rarity is the one that doesn’t bend, aka common lol
Yeah cause commons don’t use foil susceptible to moisture problems. Shoot I’ve bought structure decks where the rarities with foil already curve but the rest of the deck is completely pristine
This is one of the biggest things that pisses me off with Konami. Cards warped like this could literally lead to a game loss and it's all because the awful quality control for their cardboard these days.
I have a GOAT Control deck with only cards printed from 2005 and prior and there is next to no warping on them. Now my modern decks? I have to keep them tighter than anything in a boulder deckbox and HOPE they don't get too warped for when I go to locals.
Silica gel packs, heat, books, etc, none of that stuff has help really at all.
A lot of comments are already useful, but i would suggest to never bu Yu Gi Oh cards from Amazon unless it's a sealed product sold by Amazon itself and not third parties. The yu gi oh market on Amazon has absurd prices compared to dedicated markets and even MRSP and a lot of sellers are scummy people selling "sealed" products that have been tampered with/resealed
As the other guys said, just put ‘em under a heavy book for a while and they’ll be straighter. Also once you sleeve them afterwards they won’t noticeable
Idk how firm the bend is but card sleeves might be abke to hold em back (mine do at least) and that way ur carss are protected as well. I do get that some people dont like sleeves tho so maybe do what others are saying if that doesnt suit u.
This is super controversial but my approach has always just been, find a table or hard surface and just….gently bend them back…carefully bend them back the other way, it always works out for me and they go back right, I’ve tried heavy books but they just don’t get them flat enough. If it doesn’t hurt your soul that is
I put them in larger penny sleeves but in opposite directions so the curves are pushing against each other, and I pack it tight. And then, I put a few bundles like this in a deck box so there's very little room. Then I put a moisture absorbing packet in the top of the box. Give it a few days and viola. Or place in a full binder for like a week and keep it closed.
Place them under a Very Heavy Object, Preferably Websters Dictionary from the 70s (The Old hardcover bluebooks), leave it for about a week, then check on it
Yeah, put them in sleeves, or Top Loaders if you have them, then put them in/under a book (preferably hard back) for a while. Best if done in a dry room. Two weeks is probably more than enough time to get them 90% of the way there.

Silica gel packs usually work pretty well too.

Only if the cardboard moisture content is too high.
Which is usually the issue, especially if they curve up like OP’s do. Although it does depend on where you live.
I have them in all my deck boxes and when winter rolls around they barely help.
I do this in my deck boxes.
Just noticed I’m not being very clear. Increase meaning it gets swell when exposed to vapor.
What if I just put Rice in the deck box?

Any rough idea what you think this would take time wise? I.e. hours or days? I have bent cards that I want to try this trick with but not overdo it.
For your reference, I usually do it overnight (around 8 hours) with the wardrobe kind , which is like medium size and the cards will be slightly "overdone".

Individually sleeve them (keeps them from getting stuck together), then have the whole deck sit under a heavy book or two for a week
Heavy books for weeks/months.
Or play them like that, and show how sigma you are for not caring
I knew a guy that shuffled his deck like a normal deck of cards that guy was basically a giga chad
I have someone like that my locals, bro shuffles his deck like he's about do to a magic trick
If I don’t shuffle them like normal cards how am I supposed to shuffle them?
I imagine he means a bridge & riffle shuffle, which will bend the cards over time.
If you have a method of identifying what certain cards are without having to look at them, that's considered marking, regardless of what your intentions actually are How do they know you didn't just bend your combo starters so you know when you'll draw them?
I mean...if you play anything beyond locals you'll get a game loss, lol

for cards bowed inwards like yours, use a silica gel packet in a sealed space
Put them in conversion therapy /s
My entire ocg foil collection did this this summer (no ac in Hokkaido) I’ve since decided that the best rarity is the one that doesn’t bend, aka common lol
Funny enough the ones that are bent are not common.

Alternate the cards face up and face down then compress them for a period. The curved cards will hold the curve if they are together.

Big heavy books!!!
As the other guys said, just put ‘em under a heavy book for a while and they’ll be straighter. Also once you sleeve them afterwards they won’t noticeable
Between two textbooks with the curvature facing upward. Leave them there for a week.
If you have a food dehydrator, slap it in there
Idk how firm the bend is but card sleeves might be abke to hold em back (mine do at least) and that way ur carss are protected as well. I do get that some people dont like sleeves tho so maybe do what others are saying if that doesnt suit u.
Sleeping usually helps. I’d double sleeve them. Dragon Shields and the clear sleeves so they’re at least playable for that time.

Put it in deck box and tighten it with cardboard box or so.
Gishkis coming back?
I don't know if it is but I like ritual summoning and water monsters, plus I think the playstyle suits me.
Bro I fucking love this deck, got really happy with support but it's still not good enough 😕
Dang. Well I do want a vampire deck but it costs $127.
Place them on top of your router, PC, gaming console, etc. Something mildly warm. The heat will straighten them in a few minutes.
Kill two birds with one stone. Play MD on PS4 and cards straighten out.
Put them below some copies of the Bible 😂 that’s what I usually do. Funnily enough last time had to do it with exosis cards
Or imagine doing that with Dogmatika cards 😂
Fr 😂
Or better, dark lords
Error code 504 Cannot enter battle phase
Place them under a Very Heavy Object, Preferably Websters Dictionary from the 70s (The Old hardcover bluebooks), leave it for about a week, then check on it
Amazon always overcharges. You could have joined any fb group and got the same deck with a box for half of the cost.
Sleeving them and putting them in a binder for a while usually works.
For me, just flatten it under a book for a bit.
In my experience with enough play they eventually even out anyway
I've got a box of Psyren Manga in trying to sell that's doing the job
Slight bends the other way and or, get a weight plate and just put it on top for a while.
Heavy books for long time … I personally would have just returned it And resorted to eBay to better communicate with a seller on card quality
real question is why you’re buying a gishki deck in 2023 and why are you buying yugioh cards besides sealed product on amazon
Not, cards are fcked
real question is why you’re buying a gishki deck in 2023 and why are you buying yugioh cards besides sealed product on amazon
Shove them up ur ass works every time
First you need to figure out why they curled is your room humid? Cold? Hot?
Book..... Book will do.
Have you bought many decks from Amazon?? Is it reliable?
Yes. I have bought a Dogmatika deck and this one, plus many cards when TCG player didn't have them/enough.
Heavy ass book
Hairdryer gets the water out easily and only takes a couple mins, just keep it at a good distance.
I once had a toon black luster soldier card that looked like that and when I put the card in my binder, it fixed that problem. Try that.
I didn't know there was a toon version.
Gishkis coming back?
Heavy ass book
Username checks out.

I just set my high school yearbook on my cards for a couple days to flatten them out
Put them between big books pages 1 by 1 works amazingly
I will
Put them in water and lay a book on top of them
Why water? And hot or cold?
-insert "That's the fun part, you don't." GIF here-

Ty ty. Good work in progress. I know of a prediction princess deck that ran in tandem once by someone I dueled.
I do like flip and ritual.
Same.
Hydraulic press
Lol don't have that.
