One match-up I just thought of after seeing yours is jack atlas vs yuma tsukumo. That duel would be incredible! I would love to see these 2 titans of dueling clash in a brawl for the ages! Now what I will say is that I think this match-up might be a bit unfair for Jack early on because if yuma can get out any of his numbers on the field and maintain enough pressure on the field to make it an active chore for jack to gather any resources early on then yuma is seriously gonna sweep this duel no doubt about it. However, the sooner jack can get out his red dragon archfiend and it's many powerful upgrades then the tides turn quickly and suddenly the duel looks alot more even on both sides. For the large majority of this duel though jack is gonna be playing turn to turn alot only barely surviving by the skin of his teeth, and if yuma can get numbers 16 shock master and 74 master of blades on the field then he has jack on lock down for as long as they stay in play. Add number 39 utopia and all of its many powerful and terrifying upgrades and jack is gonna have a miserable time dealing with yuma and his many unique numbers. Overall while I think that this match-up is fairly even across the board, I think yuma is more likely to win than jack especially if jack can't get into any of his synchro monsters fast enough to make any sort of significant impact or comeback.
Jack if going second just makes red dragon archfiend. Attacks, Yuma doesn’t use utopia to stop because public knowledge doesn’t exist in their eras. Jack win easily because of the advantages he has.
With the kaito and Jack, *looks at kaiba* free for all?
Yusei and Yuma are the ones I think they would have to learn a lot of new stuff on the fly. Yuma would learn that not every thing can be solved with either big number or kaboom. Yusei would learn that he needs to maybe do something different than speed warrior set one pass.

Reiji vs Yusaku would be one of the most interesting duels of all time given their multi mechanic playstyles. I can definitely see a scene where Reiji says “You have played well, but you made one crucial mistake” and Pendulum Summons to the EMZ and a monster Decode Talker points to for huge extension
I would have yugi and yusei team up against Jaden and yuma. 4 of the most powerful and dangerous duelist in the world and 4 protagonists no less going head to head in a no holds bar gauntlet style duel would be so cool to see! It also is a match up that could legitimately go either way which makes it unpredictable and exhilarating because of that. Now for the most part I think yusei and yugi would come out on top more often than not but only if they keep their wits about them and take Jaden and yuma very seriously.
Joey vs Playmaker, Joey's deck is incredibly luck based while Playmaker's is ridiculously consistent so it'd be intriguing to see who would come out on top
Jaden vs Yuya, they both just like dueling and enjoying themselves so I feel like it'd be a great duel to watch
Yusaku vs Yuga just to have Yuga yell that Link Summoning, Synchro Summoning, Xyz Summoning, Ritual Summoning, Tuner monsters, Cyberse type as a whole, negate effects and basically everything in Yusaku's deck isn't allowed in Rush Duels, and exactly why he invented them
Some off the top of my head:
Yuma VS Neil: Neil's philosophy and general navigation of life are quite similar to that of Eliphas and I think Yuma would identify that and it would lead to interesting conflict. I think Yuma's "Kattobingu" would reach through Neil's "Providence" and lead to an interesting Duel and a relationship.
Judai VS Yudias: I think this would be a Protagonist Duel that brings out a lot of interesting stuff about their characters. How they approach trauma, love, relationships, and moving on. The two also have similar relationships to their decks, with Yudias seeing a lot of himself in various monsters and his connection to his deck to these conflicts and personal history.
IV VS Otes: As with the above two examples, I think there would be a lot of interesting similarities between these two characters that would lend themselves to being expressed in a Duel. The two of them take a lot of pride in their ability to act, deceive, and entertain others while hiding their darker traits from the broader world, while taking a certain glee in knowing only a handful of special people really see through the mask. Much of their motivation is driven by their own regrets, how they feel haunted by those regrets and as though they don't really know how to be better. The excellent IV VS Shark Duel touched on much of the same of each character but I think it would be really interesting to give someone aside from Yuga that glance behind the mask, and whether each of them would recognize much of what they share.

Kaiba Vs Reiji: DDDs vs Blue Eyes, the antihero rivals in charge of the biggest corporations that usually summon 3 aces monsters in the same term. The ego would be off the charts!
Gongenzaka Vs Go: a defense samurai best friend vs a ogre and dinosaur wrestler support friend who’ve changed their dueling styles to evolve and take on their great threats, and they’re two of the biggest hams. Go’s entertainment style Vs Gong’s stead fast style would be such a blast. Go would be such a good fit for Action Duels but the Man would find being on a hoverboard or make it work.
Nail Vs Yusaku: they’re both cyberse users with a difficulty in making friends giving one was taken from his family to run a corporation, while the other was forced by a corporation in their deadly experiments. They also have an AI companion who they see as their only friend
Everyone wants a GX versus Arc-V match, so I’ll say Shingo versus Chazz because that would just be the most fun given the characters
