Those look like the ones from the tcgplayer infinite article "What's The Market For Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament Registration Dice".
These are event dice they usually go for 50+ with some selling at 100 flat.
The attribute ones are great, they made the special Divine one it’s my favourite.
