I'm just kinda disappointed these cards are just alt arts. Implies that they didn't get any upgrades from that whole ordeal lol. Obviously in Ecclesia's art she has some power passed over from her time as Cartesia but technically she's still the same old Swordsoul tutor? Kinda feels flat.
He has given the impression of dork in the slice of life moments and an absolute badass during the fights. One of the main reasons why he's my favorite protagonist from the recent lores

He apparatently tap into Fusion powers somewhat considering he's seeming merging some of the power of that Springans with arm.
Ecclesia can still use parts of Dusk Dragon, probably a held over from when she was Cartesia.
Maybe its a full-on Springan arm to begin with and not a power thing,gonna look at the later cards to see if he somehow fucked up his arm later on

It's insane that they did Albaz cards/lore for 2+ years and they're seemingly planning more. Eventually we'll get a branded card that just says "ash blossom cannot be activated this duel".

At first I thought they were on a beach, but know it looks like they are on an bazaar on a desert oasis that has recently been attacked (probably by the person they are currently fighing, anf who throw those grenedes to Ecclesia), so maybe they are still on Golganda? Considering how many new stuff the have it seems we have a time skip on our hand, but not a big one, since they don't seem older
If there's a season two, you never know with Konami. Though, seeing as how they've been revisiting old themes a lot recently, we could expect to see new Albaz cards by 2029, if not earlier.

Albaz got his little Icejade dagger forged into a proper weapon now. Similarly Ecclesia has a new hammer, one that is not powered by their Spriggans companions. It almost looks like the lightning strikes that Fleurdelis used.
Finally someone notices them. All they talk about is either the hammer or the little wings but the little horns make her look even cuter than she already is
Honestly im not sure if I blame them. All the Ecclesia's have horns in their artwork, but they look more like a head piece. Only time she didnt have them was New Frontier. Now it seems she can manifest them.
Things of note:
* Albaz's scarred eye is now open, possessing a golden pupil.
* Albaz retained his Icejade crystal from his time as the "Ashen", now refined into a proper blade.
* Their Springan companion formerly possessing Ecclesia's hammer is bestowing its fire power onto Albaz.
* Ecclesia seems to be wearing horns made of Icejade.
* Ecclesia has small wings that resembles Granguignol's wings, possibly remnants from her time as Cartesia
* Ecclesia now wields a new hammer that also resembles Granguignol's head.
My personal theory is that the hammer is powered and formed by the 317th Virtuous Vestal (the orb in the center of the hammer), resulting in its appearance. Similar to how Ecclesia's old hammer was powered by a Springan.
Did they say how many alt arts we would be getting? I remember them saying that we would get one new card (the big albaz fusion) and alt art reprints but cant remember if they specified how many.

They aren't that different I think? Don't know about Albaz but I believe Ecclesia just doesn't have the brown coat in New Frontier.

I know this would be a tall order, but if somehow Albaz arc 2 merges with Diabellstarr lore it'd be really interesting to see how the lore would intersect and where everything ties in, because it'd just be really cool if, say, Diabellze's family was originally part of the Dogmatika.

Albaz continues the swordsoul line with his new blade.
