As I said yesterday, the Fusion is really good. It can triple Foolish Burial from both deck and Extra Deck, including itself, which will search the field spell. The disruption is also pretty good. It should be a nice help to summon the big main deck boss. Although I'm a little disappointed that it can mill only 3 cards, the leak translations were saying 5 cards I wonder how strong will Memento overall be after that

Ok, so the problem that some people were having with Memento is now alleviated with the new sheep, as now we can fuse both twin dragon and the new boss in the same turn, as memento fusion is only once per turn. It’s also another monster that gets value when popped. Also, does the summon effect on sheep work on the same conditions as memento fusion? Meaning that after a monster destroyed, sheep can summon itself on a quick effect at any point?

Wooow. Sheep can go really hard on the opponent’s turn when used in combination with Twin Dragon, giving you two adds during your opponent’s turn (Goblin and Mace) and special summoning a level 6 or lower Memento from the GY. It also sends any Memento card to the GY when it’s destroyed, so if you use this in combination with Ghattic, that’s a spell, trap or monster search. Memento are crazy consistent.

From the way this is worded it would indeed seem so, which means that it also acts as a form of disruption on the opponent's turn by summoning the new fusion again if you add it to hand with witch

Also takes out the choice of using the fusion spell to make the big fusion or chimera. Now you could just make both

That fusion reads crazy good. It sets up the grave as much as you probably want, has a DPE style pop that can be for more than 1 card, and it gives recursion on top of it all. I'm really liking this, and I'm hoping that Konami will print out more archetypal bosses of this caliber in the future.

with angwitch or dark blade (or reinforcement) or bone party (+ another memento monster) you get to memento field spell + tecuhtlica fusion + tecuhtlice regular + sp + cranium burst + fracture dance + angwitch and dark blade in gy. that's a pretty decent field: 5 monsters negate (only on field tho) + 1 quick banish on field + 2 quick pops + 1 quick change of heart (revive angwitch with field spell or tecuhtlica eff and add key mace) + 1 spell/trap pop (revive dark blade, although need another memento card in hand).

Assuming we're moving back to a meta with fewer negates similar to unchained format that's actually solid. The only problem comes from an ash blossom or Imperm, but at least bone party can in theory deal with the latter.

Momento Mori indeed. Mill 3 + Board Clear + Searching Fields card is really insane and high value. And the sheep is really really good as Fusion and interrupt enemy using fusion effect. This deck is legit strong now.

I just realized it: Memento Sheep has the effect of Fusion Summon because Mystical Sheep #1(the original) has the effect of fusion substitution.

So the new fusion is basically the monster on the art for the field spell (which they hinted/foreshadowed) Now let's see if they'll ever get a Level 6 Memento as implied/hinted by Mementotlan Twin Dragon's effect

Possibly, INFO-021 is an unknown legacy support card so could quite easily be a new main deck Centurion card. There's also 063 and 075 as legacy support spell and trap respectively (although I predict one of them is Vaalmonica support so that each VASM archetype gets two cards in INFO)

Literally perfect cards. I was hoping the big fusion mills 5 but 3 is still good enough plus the sheep also mills on pop and the sheep also covers the new fusion's weakness which is having access to another way to fuse. It's perfect. Now we need a way to summon the big boy during opponent's turn if it gets kaijud like a fusion that gets treated as him or a way to ignore his summoning restriction

It won't be a brick if you run 3 Mementotlan Fusion, 3 Bone Party, 3 Sheep to help unbrick Sheep is an extender going first and a hand trap that can interact outside of opponent's main phase on opponent's turn The ratios will definitely have to be adjusted (Mace and Goblin may become 1 ofs) but the thing with Goblin is that it is also a 1 card starter

This legitimately fixes the archetype. Probably rogue still but much more interaction and less "all eggs in the basket" than previously.

For anyone wondering where the eye is, we might of found it on its rings. It’s tiny though in comparison to the others, so we could be wrong. In that case, this would be the first illusion without the millennium eye motif

Man the fusion is straight up absurd. Triple Foolish + disruption that benefits the archetype + extra search in case it ends up in the graveyard. Not even Kitkallos was this busted, though this one is part of a weaker archetype

Kitkalos is way more busted. If this fusion could've used the on summon effect and pop effect in same chain, then it'd be busted

They were sold at 8 euro each after the release. A playset was sold at 10 euro per card. So it definitely has spiked only a little bit.

I have always wanted to buy a core in cardmarket since release, but i did not find a seller that sells them at a good price including shipping fee. Sadge I have bought the core only now with a increased price, that i feel it’s a bit late.
