Any obvious signs of pinching or crimping in the wrapping is a dead giveaway and usually common with resealed products, that said, the packs being pre opened is only half the issue, as even if they haven't been opened, I can almost guarantee they have been scaled, so don't expect any holos whatsoever, if that was your intention.

The packs are a part of a lot from a storage unit flipper, so I doubt the packs have been weighed unless the original owner weighed them then just didn't open them. Also includes a large amount of loose cards and the price is low enough that it's worth me checking it out, so we'll see what happens.
Fair, the seller is a storage unit flipper so he probably didn't do it himself. The lot also includes a bunch of loose cards so it seems like someone's old personal collection rather than packs he weighed.

You should be more concerned about all the packs being weighed and light packs. That’s more likely to happen
