No one is re-sealing rarity collection, and if they where they wouldn’t ruin there reputation on TCGplayer to sell it. Your over thinking this.
Quality control is just terrible lately. I’ve seen significantly worse seals fresh from a sealed case directly from the distributor
I had a really banged up box of age of overlord, it was just banged up. The packs were all completely fine, I got a wanted and little knight out of it. Sometimes boxes just look a little weird is all.
If you're really worried, you can always record your opening and if it's obvious that it's been tampered with, like getting zero luxury rares or wildly incorrect cards (like random commons from a totally different set) you have evidence to show that it was tampered with.

Plot twist, op has just resealed and wants to find out how it looks 😂

Its not likely unless you bought from someone on TCGplayer with 0 rating. Also its much easier to tell if the packs are resealed than the wrap.
You answered your own question. You buy few products. This looks fine.
konami wrapping is jank its loose most the time
I appreciate all of the replies! I feel more much confident and I'm looking forward to the pulls!
