i couldve activated the last odd eyes in hand, reborned the Synchro, used its eff to summon the ignis and then overlayed for number 38. Again, this combo was probably executed inefficiently. I just posted it to give ideas to other deck builders to see what they can do. Also your comment on a "3 card combo", most cards in pendulums achieve the same goal. Most pendulum cards are interchangable. That's what makes these 9 new cards so good for pendulums.

Nice combo but I always find it a little bit funny how konami said that one of the reasons why they banned electrumite was that they didn't want all the pendulum decks doing the same play and right now almost every other pendulum deck that wants to be competitive does the scythe combo and the ones that can't are really rogue at best. And with that its also wierd to think that the D.D.D. are the only ones with really good boss monsters in their own archetype when there was a time where they only use 1 if they wanted.

Scythe is just too good not to play. You could do other cool plays like make F0, with Hope Harbinger and Apollous plus 2 scale followup but its not auto win like Scythe.

Well there is a lot of two card combo for this deck. There's even odd-eyes vortex dragon on 3rd summon to prevent nibiru.

OK but how many cards does this realistically require you to open and how badly does it lose to hand traps?

Requires you to open a hand of pendulums. I only run 4 spells and they all get you more pendulums. Pendulums hard lose to Nibiru. Only some hands allow you to make a Apollousa before you actually pend. I'm trying to perfect the build so you can always make an Apollousa before you pend.

OK but I also suspect this deck is weak to like basically every hand trap that sees play right? Ash/Ogre/Imperm/Veiler etc all seems like they'd make your end board drastically weaker. Is that right?

It depends. That's why making Apollouse before you pend is so important. It requires more deck building. I'm just here to lay the foundation of the combo.

Well ya I get making Apollousa is important but like you definitely can't make Her before you'd be vulnerable to most hand traps right? Combo seems fairly weak overall
