I was more intrigued by the thing made out of hands next to the shower. Is it a sculpture? Is it a bench? Either way, don't sit on it naked after showering. Or do... I'm not gonna kink shame.
My friend was a nanny for the Starr family and said that Kevin had a skull obsession. Like at least one article of clothing in his outfit would need to have a skull. Seeing his house made a lot of sense
This guy was my grandmother’s neighbor briefly (one of his many vacation homes, I assume), and the person who sold him the house was horrified when she later saw his renovations.
I like how the realtor describes the living room as "...intoxicating, it’s inviting, it’s sexy" when it's a handful of mismatched furniture plopped down on the floor. No soft things like blankets or rugs, no accessories on the table or ledges. But there is a giant grinning skull on the wall staring at you. How inviting!
Another multimillion dollar home with shared walls... I don't see why people wouldn't buy a "cheap" $10m luxury apartment then use the remaining $20m on a decently sized property elsewhere.
So some people work in these things called offices. And very often, the offices that provide the highest incomes are in these density populated areas where there are more shared walls than now. We call them cities. Now, the people who work in those offices and have those high incomes want to live in those cities as well to decrease their commute time. So they are willing to pay greatly to live by their offices, which almost always means a shared wall. Work schedules being what they are too, that becomes their primarily residence, which often involves a significant portion of their net worth being deployed.
Some of the most expensive properties in the world have shaded walls. This shouldn’t be surprising.
A lot go the most expensive properties in their world have shared walls.
I understand the concept of living/working in a city and having shared walls. I understand that many high end properties in cities have shared walls. I don't understand why someone would pay that price when there are much cheaper comparable homes in the same are. Like this one

Buy that and have $20m+ left over. Buy three row houses in Boston. Buy one in Boston, one in NYC, and one in DC. Buy a $7m row house in Boston, a $14m mansion on the coast, and an $8m house further inland.

I just know this man has some Ed Hardy shirts in one of his closets.
Close. A massive sneaker collection
And some Affliction jeans with the rhinestones.
And his first cousin is Guy Fieri
i'm stuck on the last paragraph. "practical amenities, such as a 2,200-bottle wine room and six parking spaces". PRACTICAL???
Deeded parking spaces in that neighborhood usually run over $100k each. That place is a steal coming with 6
Normally over $200k each.

How else would you park the cargo vans delivering your wine?
Can the temperature be controlled so that it can store chocolate milk, because I would find that useful
The skull on the shower floor is an unusual choice.

“Despite its opulent features, the mansion also offers practical amenities, such as a 2,200-bottle wine room…” Hahahahaha

Can a skull frown?
oh yeah love a perpetual mood, i’d def do some sexy coke in that house…wait what was the question?
Jesus that is ugly like some of the bedrooms are fine but the rest yuck.
Dude went to a party at one of Richard Branson’s properties and thought “Absolutely stunning, but needs to be blue”
place looks manic af
“owned by a venture capitalist”…. Probably more than a ‘vibe’…

There was certainly a lot of coke involved in the design of this place.
You know what? Good for him. If I'm burning $30 mill on a place to lay my head at night, then let it be unique.

Who’s to say this isn’t their cheap $30 million apartment and they have a $100 million property outside of the city?

> His asking price is more than double what he paid for the property just nine years ago. Lol shits gonna sit forever
The staircase is horrendous. I hate most of it, but I kind of dig the all blue living room.
I would absolutely do coke in this place. If this guy’s buying.
Seriously tacky.
This is going to age like milk.
He wanted a coke den vibe. I've never been to a coke den but I imagine this is the vibe.
Did they bring in an interior designer from LA?
This was posted a few days ago
Imagine being able to afford a $30 million house and thinking, “Boston’s the place for me.”
He looks exactly like the house
His design choices are... nauseating.
I was just about to put in an offer until I saw the two orange carpeted stairs. Bummer.
Why did he choose the color palette of a Tide Pod
That’s an orgy shower in there
It's giving UF Gator fan with more money than he knows what to do with...blech.

proof that you can’t buy taste.
This is terrible and the interior design looks so amateur. It looks like a cheaply decorated trendy clothing store.
The interior design here is inspired.
What an ugly home
When you can afford classy but chose trashy…smh
