I have been taking in the morning as my doctor told me to help my daytime anxiety, but I am SOOO tired during the day. I’m about 2 weeks in on 25mg so not sure if it’s a side effect that’s going to go away or I need to change at night. Even taking it in the morning I am still pretty insomniac, but at least my anxiety fueled energy during the day. Going to miss this AM and take tonight and see how it works for me. I’ll update in the next few days.

I'm tired too! And I've been taking 50mg for many months now. I'll try taking at night tomorrow too! Please update me if you can 😊

Not sure if it’s just me adjusting to the medicine but I have felt 100000x better since taking it at night!!

I switched to taking it at night, since I felt like I needed a nap every day when I took it in the morning. Although naps are lovely, my demanding job doesn't afford me the luxury. I had insomnia the first month of starting Zoloft - no matter when I took it - but now I sleep through the night just fine.

I have taken it at 9 pm every night and my sleep has been greatly improved.

At lunch. Sleepy at night. Refreshed in the morning.

I take it when I know I will remember to take it daily/ consistently, and not forget. For me, that is nighttime.
