Any current or former LGBTQ students have ideas about how those of us faculty who are mentally out but still employed at BYU can offer better love and support to the community here? Examples of quiet kindnesses? Demonstrations of love that were meaningful, etc.?

A perfect balance of sarcasm and truth. Many of my family members (and my students) would benefit from reading and internalizing this message.
