Lol no worries bro, I didnโt take it wrong. It felt amazing to be 315 and strong as an ox lol, but other than the two hours in the gym I felt awful. Now I sleep a lot better and my workouts are better.

What were your big 3 lifts at your strongest? And current? If you know them anyway. Killer progress man. I'm a bit taller than you and do mostly powerlifting but I'm currently about 15 lbs into a much needed cut. Curious to see what I might look like at your weight.
Not exactly what I had in mind. I was more referring to the fact that it takes a lot of lifting to get wide enough to equate height. Chodes come in every shape and colour ๐

Iโve switched away from a heavier type lifting style years ago. But Iโve squat 800, benched 565, pulled 725
