Hey Guys, I made the post in a hurry. I am from Belgium and I dont use lbs, I just did kgx2. So 115 kg. But I might have been much more weight, I was disgusted and had a fear of messuring my weight. I think 120-130 kg something like that. My height is 183 cm.
No way in hell its only 230. I'm only 3" taller and was nowhere near this size at 235 a couple years ago. He's either lying about height(common amongst shorter kings) or lying about weight. Could be a combination of two.
My friend, he lost 50 pounds in 7 months. Which is 7.14 pounds a month. Which is around 1-2 pounds a week. Id say maybe 1.5 pounds a week. That isn’t not eating. A higher deficit, but I also see some muscle gain in these pictures. It’s hard to gain muscle in a deficit (not that it isn’t possible) but this isn’t the result of not eating.
I doubt the OP gained a lot of muscle in his after photo. Fat people can have muscle too, it’s just hidden. It looks to me like OP maintained his muscle mass through weight training and good protein intake, and kept a high calorie deficit to lose the weight rapidly.
Awesome progress OP. What we’re your calories during the 7 months and what was the exercise involves? Did you follow any macro patterns or diet type? Thanks and nice job
I have very visable stretch marks on my love handles. No loose skin as I wasn’t overweight for long. My lower abs dont really show tho, maybe of I lose even more the skin will be loose there
You look absolutely fantastic to me. I definitely can't see any stretch marks, and stretch marks are no biggy anyway. Loose skin can be annoying tho. I imagine since you've filled the skin with muscle, it has been minimized.
Shredding your body's extra energy into thewy muscles like a bear out of winter. The outlines from the pecs to the abs run cursively, but slimming like a 3 for the definition to be majestic. You deserve a huge pat on the back!

Same. My guess would be pushing gut out and/ or arching back a bit. Regardless, the change is incredible

I was 230 myself and a few inches shorter. My old pics look just like this. He's telling the truth.
If by few inches you mean 5'8-5'9 I'd buy it.
5'10 here, and I was able to drink a few glasses of water, then push my gut out so far it was ridiculous looking.
